Works great for OPNsense
Snagged this for a great price with a coupon for a OPNsense firewall to prep for a fiber rollout in my area. The only constraint in the future I could see would be the 1Gbps NICs, but I am not looking at subscribing to a package at that speed.Running OPNsense 23.7.2. The WAN throughput was quite constrained after a fresh install. Minor bit of tweaking of the config and I am up and running at full speed. There are a ton of support threads and I was throwing spaghetti at a wall to see what resolved the issue. In the end, I disabled TCP Checksum/TCP segmentation/large recieve offload and enabled VLAN hardware filtering and that resolved my issues.I do a fair amount of network segmentation and have 4 IPSec tunnels configured. CPU idles at 5-10%, and about 10% of the memory is in use. I'll update my review (if I remember to) in a while as I bring IDS/IPS and other flow collectors online online. At this moment, quite happy with the performance for this price point. Don't suspect any issues, plenty of headroom it seems.

Replaced a Pi 4 4gb with this, works great.
Replaced my 4 year old Raspberry Pi 4 4GB with this.I removed the M.2 drive and installed a SSD 2.5in, so if I do want to use this for Windows in the future I can.LibreELEC works so much faster than it did on the 4 year old Pi.CPU/GPU run about 115 F according to the system software.+ For not putting the screws under the feet.

Read if you plan to use as a server!
The product is as-advertised, comes with Windows, and is definitely fast enough to be a home server, but the description leaves out some details I would have found helpful:- The WiFi chip is soldered on. There is no M.2 2230/E-key slot. If you’re looking for a box to run Frigate with an M.2 Coral, don’t buy this.- There is an M.2 M-key 2280 slot that comes installed with a 2280 SATA SSD. I was not able to upgrade this to an NVMe. It fits an NVMe, and the BIOS implies NVMe support, but I tried two NVMes and neither were recognized by Linux.- Idle power draw is 7W. This is much lower than your typical desktop, but honestly disappointing compared to modern laptops, especially since the N100 is one of the most efficient low-power x86 CPUs ever made.- The fan is audible even at idle. It’s not loud, but it’s louder than a laptop.Returning it was effortless though!

Cheap components, false description
On the surface, it looks like a good deal. However, once I opened it up it became clear that not everything was true in the Amazon description. First thing is the m.2 ssd is not nvme, but actually SATA - significantly slower. Also, the components are all off-brand, no name, Chinese companies that I've never heard of. This wouldn't matter much, if the device functioned without issue, but that's not the case. Recently, it's started having power failures randomly. I would avoid this altogether.
