Cyntexia Desktop PC Review
Loved the product. Each and every instruction about installation was crystal clear for even a layman to do everything by himself. Also, the after sale support is awesome. For the support to reach Kolkata from Gujrat it took around 5 minutes. Fantastic product at a very affordable price, excellent Remote support. Keep up the good work.

Good Product
This is the second CPU we are buying from this vendor. The price charged by the vendor is very reasonable. The amazon has delivered the product on the date mentioned on the product page. The packing of the product was too good. Till now we do have no problem in the product. We use network in our office. The network set up was a challenge for us. The other machine was not being shown in the network. We could not connect to the other computers. Then we had to do some research on the youtube and got the problem solved. The vendor may provide a note on how to connect to the network and also various settings to be made in the CPU to connect to the other machines. Other than this no issues with respect to the CPU.

Faulty Product
I ordered this after careful consideration of many similar products, but chose it after they claimed it "Make in India" product. Sorry to break it to you, but the product has been faulty from day one. The product description mentions that basic software is installed, and the setup is easy. However, after switching on, it immediately went into BIOS mode. Why can't they keep the promise they made in the product advertisement? Why is it a big-time hassle after getting the product rather than having a smooth installation?
