I tried the sour apple flavor, and it tasted amazing – definitely a refreshing change from typical pre-workouts. I like adding some ice to it before I drink! The quality felt good too! The dose is a bit higher than what I’m used to, so I did experience the classic “tingles,” but it wasn’t uncomfortable. It worked quickly too! After taking it, I noticed a clear boost in my performance – more energy and focus during my workout. It really helped me push through my sets. I was able to even add extra sets in! Worked amazingly. Overall, I’m very pleased with this pre-workout and will definitely be repurchasing as it’s worth your money!

i've tried lots of different brands for pre-workout but i've come back to ABE. It was the best flavour and felt the most effective and boosting my energy levels prior to a workout, and although it gives a bit of the "itch" (which i'm not a fan of usually) it's nowhere near as bad as some other competitior brands, and takes 15-20 mins to kick in by which time i'm at the gym, so the timing works well. I've tried the Paddy flavour (which is great) and the blue ice one, and recommend them both - as long as you like it sweet and punchy.

I think it works ok. Gives me a tingle in the face and slightly more energy. Nice flavours.

Currently halfway through my second tub of this workout, tried the bubblegum crush and this sour apple flavour and both are tasty. I am not someone who drinks coffee therefore works great for my weekend workouts. I don't take it for my midweek evening workout as I struggle to sleep of a night if so.

Quality is great, takes around 20 minutes to kick in, slight itchiness but not major. Happy with the product and helps with the workout

1stly it's flavour, holy moly it's got a kick, then you get the cool feeling on the way down . Wait,, it's gets weirder or better depends how you feel about it. Wait ,, wait ,, and then BOOM,!!! YOUR IN THE ZONE. ITS AWESOME. I've tried others .. this is well worth the 'trip'

Why did you choose this product over others?: This stuff delivers exactly what it promises. The ABE pre-workout gives me a clean, noticeable boost of energy and focus that kicks in fast and actually lasts through my whole workout. The “Energy” flavour is surprisingly nice, not too sweet, easy to mix, no weird aftertaste. I really like that it doesn’t make me jittery or leave me with a crash afterward, which has been a problem with some other brands I’ve tried. Pumps feel great and I can push harder without burning out too early. If you’re looking for a reliable pre-workout that fires you up without overdoing it, this is a winner. Will definitely keep this in my gym bag.

Honestly, it's okay. For it's price it's decent, kind of what I expected apart from taste. This flavour has been hyped up on socials quite a lot but I personally found it pretty average, maybe even sub-par. The energy boost is alright, I do feel it but it's not a crazy kick like some of the other ones I've had. However, the pump with it was pretty good and felt pretty good. The breathe easy technology feels like a peppermint, it does work but not for long. Overall, it's easy to scoop and use and gives a good pump with okay levels of energy. I would recommend this to anyone starting out at the gym if you're able to get it on discount, it's not too bad. The packaging is nice and pretty high quality.
