These over performed my expectations. Amazon was running a promotional sale and I had to buy $25 worth to qualify so I got to a point where I add a few things on sale that I don’t normally buy. This was one of them. Surprisingly they were really good. The quality was 7/10 for sure. It was a great value as I got it for less than a dollar per box. If I could go back I’d have bout several more knowing what I know now. The texture, taste and freshness was great! I cooked them per the stove top directions in a sauce pan. I added some extra garlic and herbs because why not. It was fast to make as it only took about 15 minutes. Once it cooled a little the sauce thickened up and tasted great. My son who isn’t a fan of potatoes unless it’s a French fry loves them so much he got seconds of just those. Definitely recommend them. Can’t beat the price in today’s economy.

I got my order on time it is as described. I recommend soaking the dehydrated potatoes in water before cooking drain when they're soft and follow directions they're perfect. Cooks very quickly it tastes as described. I order five or more at a time and store them in my pantry. Good for emergencies. It is a good quality product good value thank you

A perfectly serviceable and tasty accompaniment to the protein of your choice. With the addition of something green, such as haricot verts or turnip greens, the meal will be elevated to the status of good solid diner fare.

Affordable and tasty. I am lazy and refuse to make these home made. The box of these feeds two well. They are cheesy and salty. You can spice them up with some black pepper and or paprika to add a little flair if you want to shake things up a bit. Perfect side dish to beef, pork or chicken, or if you a vegetarian, they are good alone. Easy to prepare and not time consuming and the price is excellent. Titrate the sauce to your liking by adding more water or less. It depends on your personal preferences.

Potato texture after cooking isn’t as good as the brand name versions of this product. Kind of like the potatoes were not processed properly maybe downgrades or lower quality. Will not buy again

I love to cook and bake, all of our meals are eaten at home with food I prepare. I love yummy comfort food dishes for both sides and main dishes. Amazon Grocery Au Gratin Potatoes is a must have my meal rotation. Quality: Very high quality, including a delicious 3 cheese sauce packet mixture made from ricotta, cheddar, and blue cheeses. Preparation: Easy to prepare and bake either alone or alongside a roast chicken or ham in the oven. I cover the casserole dish with foil until that last 10 minutes or so. They turn out great baked at a lower temperature than suggested on the instructions. Simply increase the baking time until potatoes are done. Taste: Always creamy and delicious. Warmed up leftovers are yummy for any meal, including topped with an egg at breakfast. Versatility: These Au Gratin Potatoes are incredibly versatile in you meal rotation. Add desired ingredients to make the potatoes your own: vegetables, herbs, bacon, or roast chicken or diced ham for a main dish. For the potatoes in my photo, I added sauteed sweet onion, jalapeno pepper, and dried parsley; used heavy cream instead of milk; and topped the potatoes with extra grated cheese. Value: The current $1.68 per box price is an incredible value. Product Recommendation: I highly recommend this product.
