Power cable sent was garbage
The power cable supplied stopped working after the first week. Thought it was the PC itself and a new one was supplied. However when I tried the new charger sent with the replacement it worked.

FALSE DESCRIPTION
The description state "4GB DDR4 memory; 128GB SSD; Expansion slots: Micro SD Slot (Up to 512 GB) x 1; HDD hard drive Expansion Slot (easy access) " . There is no expansion slot, there is no socketed memory... this laptop is nothing but a tablet board in a laptop shell, and there is no way to add or upgrade the HDD or any part of this craptop. The screen is garbage... it reminds one of the laptops from the early 2000's... nothing positive can be said about this piece of equipment... don't buy it, run...run away.

Right side numeric keypad doesn't work
NOT impressed with Gateway. I have always had an HP with no issues. Will never buy this brand or a rebuilt computer.

It was fun while it lasted
So far it's perfect no issues and cheaper and bigger then the one I brought at Walmart. I do hate it's not touchscreen like my other laptopUpdated I ended up having to send it back due to it crashing. It was good while I had it even though it started to lag a bit behind but for 193 it was great
