33" Side-by-Side Refrigerator with 22.2 cu. ft. Total Capacity, Air Filter, LED Interior Lighting, Ice Maker in Stainless Steel

This was a gift for my daughter. She and her family were delighted .

The list of negatives is long with this one. The temperature settings are awful; set it, and in a day or two the temperature setting will change itself to colder (until you notice and change it back). The top shelf is pretty useless unless you want your milk and juice frozen (the user manual even tells you to avoid putting anything near the cold air vent). I had to buy an extra shelf ($100) so I could use the middle of the fridge. The near-constant beep-sshhhh-rrrrrr noises aren't that bad, but are they really necessary? The user manual even has a section explaining what each sound means. The only reason I'm not giving this boat anchor a single star is because the refrigerator does keep things cool (sometimes TOO cool), and the freezer keeps them frozen. But that's it. It's about as user-friendly as Rubik's cube.

Bought this fridge in December 2022. 8 months and four "repairs" later, it's headed to the dump and we're buying a Whirlpool. Frigidaire is a horrible company. If you need a "repair," you'll have to wait 30-45 minutes on hold before a rep in the Philippines schedules your "repair." Then block off half a day to wait at home for them to come do a "repair." The last time, it didn't work at all after their tech claimed he had fixed it. Frigidaire doesn't care. They'll just wait it out and hope you give up. Maddening to the point I filed a complaint with the Virginia Attorney General. Oh, yeah, it also has an alarm that you can't override, so if you leave it plugged in to use fridge or freezer (whichever one you're lucky enough might still be working), you get the pleasure of listening to the alarm--a constant reminder of what a piece of junk you wasted your hard-earned money on. NEVER EVER EVER will I buy another FRIGIDAIRE or ELECTROLUX (Tappan, Kelvinator, Gibson) product again.

This fridge is the worst fridge I ever had icemaker does not work loud noises comming from it door hard to open

I replaced a similar Frigidaire side by side model with a new one after about 12 years of fine service. This new side by side is loaded with problems. The biggest one is that the water system and ice making system is AWFUL. First, they charge you a lot for replacement filter that do not even last as long as the old ones did. Second, if you don't replace the filter, you just can't have ice or water. "No Soup for you!"" Lastly, it is often the case that, even if you replace the filter, the system won't work. Very unreliable - particularly the icemaker. In addition, the plastic shelves are CHEAP. They crack with normal use. Garbage. Sad I bought this.
