Excellent Customer Service.
I originally gave these a 1* review because the cartridges are only half full and run out with about a third of the ink still remaining. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a message from their Sales Manager to offer to replace free of charge the complete set. I have accepted the offer and have now received the inks. As yet I have still to use them but they still appear to be only half full. Of course it is impossible to compare these to original Brother Cartridges as they do not allow you to see the ink level in theirs. Office World cartridges have a transparent panel one side so it is easy to see what the ink level at any time. Perhaps there is a technical reason why they are all only half filled. As to why they run out when there is plenty of ink left could be something to do with Brother and not Office World.Anyhow top marks to Office World for replacing the Cartridges they are obviously looking at bad reviews and try to rectify matters.

The supplier contacted me after the one-star review and replaced the cartridges.
The original set of cartridges did not work and I posted a 1 star reviewThese cartridges not work. fitting a chip from a depleted genuine cartrige solved the problem.Last monthe the supplier contacted me and offered a full refund or replacement cartridges. The replacement cartridges arrived and work perfectly. I had not expected such a proactive response so well done thank you and five stars for service

Do just what they say they'll do.
These are hardly the most exciting things to be reviewing. I have no idea about the warmth of the tonal reproduction or the clarity of the ink jets. I don't care if the red has hints of strawberry or the magenta looks like an African gooseberry. It's ink. It comes out, sprays on paper and makes words and images.The price was considerably lower than the Brother equivalent, which gave me a little bit of a doubt, but they arrived on time and printed fine. I couldn't ask for more.

Great value and delivery
The Brother printer I use is frugal with ink (unlike others). So when it ran out, I was a bit taken by surprise. Not to worry, help was on the way! The OfficeWorld ink is one I have not used before but the result was as good as any other - and, coupled with the delivery, means I can relax.

Good quality substitute, accepted by the printer without hassle.
Fitted in my Brother printer with a little more pressure than the original, but worked just fine.Cellophane wrapped to keep the ink fresh, there is no plastic snap off like on a Brother cartridge.Colour looked good and there are twin black cartridges as these also get used up first.Excellent price for a quality substitute.

Decent replacement for more expensive branded LC223
Bought these for my Brother MFC-J4620DW. After an expensive failure with "genuine" Brother cartridges thought I would give the budget end a try. One of the cartridges was faulty but Office World's customer service is fantastic, had a replacement in no time. Had a couple of problems inserting the new cartridges but nothing a bit of patience couldn't overcome. The printer then accepted them without complaint. As a test print I used a scene with buildings with lots of different colours and a fair amount of foliage between. Nice sunny day well-lit. The result is very good, well-defined edges, good contrast and no colour-spill. Paper used was standard 80gsm ink-jet A4 stock. Overall perhaps not quite as bright as "genuine" cartridges but with the signal attribute of actually working.

I have tried other suppliers, but thes cartridges are the best so far.
Fast service, great price, and these cartridges work perfectly with my Brother J5625DW printer. I have tried other brands of OEM ink but had an issue with the chips, so I ended up having to carefully prize the chips of my original set and reuse them. No such problem with these. As far as I can see the quality is indistinguishable from the originals.

Rubbish, poorly made and ink doesn’t last
Avoid these, first set went into printer no1 last month, all 3 colours lasted just long enough to run a couple of test print and head clean cycles. By the time quality was up to barely acceptable the ink was all depleted. Second set the yellow had leaked inside the vacuum pack bag and when cleaned up, doesn’t engage properly in the printer so it just pops straight back out again. Outside of amazons return window so can’t even get a refund. Save yourself the stress and simply buy the rip-off originals as at least they work and last a few hundred pages!
