Worth every money

Amazon is cheating you saying 10 days return window
Not commenting on the performance since I haven’t used it yet and don’t want to use either but Amazon not agreeing to return it even though it has 19 days replacement policy. They say only for performance issues, defective products and parts replacement take place. By returning it I actually want to move to automatic front load option from Amazon only. How funny is that they don’t want to sell a higher priced product?????? Even for clothes purchase you get the return option when you have quality issues. This Samsung semi automatic 9.5 kg machine is made of extremely feeble body , very cheap plastic pipes which will get a cut even if you accidentally step on it. I can see that such cheap materials will cause regular pain for me. But currently when it is within the return window, product is completely unused, carton is intact, they don’t want to return it. I had selected replacement of my old completely functional machine ( I washed and dried clothes on the day of delivery also) but these thieves refused the replacement cost saying motor is not functioning and took extra money from me for this degraded product. My LG semi automatic bought 10 yrs ago gad such a string built quality and performance which never caused me any pain. Shame on you Amazon for such wrong practices! The machine is still unused and I still want to buy a front load!
