Too Late: the darkest thriller of the year

I've only just really got into reading (well read alot) I've read 6 colleen hoover books in a month and half. This was by far the best. Had me gripped and on the edge of my seat the whole time.

Worth a read

Gripping storyline, couldn't wait to read it each time I had to put it down.Great from start to finish

Not a bad read all in all, but it didn’t surprise me in the slightest to learn that this author is primarily a romance writer. Not a genre I tend to read, but the over-abundance of this protagonist ‘brushing hair off her forehead’ or ‘wiping a tear away from her cheek’ to try to emphasise what a nice guy (TM) he is got pretty cringeworthy. The two fall in love far too quickly, and it kind of spoils a lot of the authenticity of the plot when I feel the two are both mistaking these strong feelings of love for what would actually likely just be lust at that point.Having said that, the antagonist is a good character and his chapters do a good job of delving into his backstory and explaining his behaviours.The ending is a bit drawn out too, with a lot of it feeling unnecessary after a certain point. I’d struggle to recommend this to fans of more traditional thriller, but it’s not an out and out bad book if you like the sound of the premise or are a fan of the author.

Absolutely amazing once again by Colleen Hoover, love all her books but this one I literally had to finish.. couldn’t put it down didn’t want it to end

A good gritty read ,it kept me interested enough to read it over two days.no plot twist at the end

Pretty twisted and mesmerizing. Kept me interested and engaged. Had a hard time putting it down. Good writing with well thought out characters

Fiquei surpresa!!! Não esperava gostar tanto desse livro!!! É pesadíssimo e difícil de ler, mas é muito bem escrito e os abusos são retratados de maneira cirúrgica!! Ao contrário de muitos outros livros da Colleen, aqui as problemáticas são retratadas, mas não são romantizadas! O vilão em nenhum momento gera sentimentos de empatia no leitor! E eu agradeço muito a autora por ter feito essa retratação da maneira correta!! Um excelente livro!!

Received a used book full of marks and damaged corners

The media could not be loaded. A gripping novel ... not giving any spoiler... but received the book in pretty good condition... the customer service and delivery was quite good ... and the book is far better than some other drug racket based books
