Fantastic for kids
My 7 and 9 year olds use these and they are just perfect for carrying water plus a few snacks. They’re thrilled with them, and I’m thrilled not to be carrying their water bottles!

Great backpack
Was climbing in it and it feels natural, almost you have nothing on your back

Excellent back Pack! Not the best when it comes to the water back system.

Great hydration pack for toddlers
It's a little big for my toddler (just turned 3) but works for short hikes or walks. He loves having a hydration pack like the adults. The bladder has an open top (the clip slides off) so it's easy to clean and fill. The bite valve has a shut off lever to prevent leaks. My toddler can work the valve himself which is great. There's a magnet on the chest strap that connects to the bite valve to keep it in place. The front zippered pocket is shallow (only goes down about 4 inches). We use it for sunscreen and small snacks. There is room in the big compartment for a few additional items, especially if the bladder isn't completely filled. The front stash pocket has stretchy side panels, so it's perfect for stuffing in hats or extra clothes. Not going to lie, I might use this pack when I'm trying to go super light.

Very nice MTB trail riding backpack. Too bad about the terrible plastic taste from the bladder
This is a nice trail riding pack for longer mixed weather riding. On a 2-1.2 hour ride I basically forgot I had it on - which is very good. It's big enough to fit your first aid kit, and to either pack or have room to strip off insulation and foul weather layers. It straps down tight when it's mostly empty so it doesn't flop around. We will use it here in the PNW in the late fall/winter for bringing extra clothes on long rides, and in the desert SW for stripping into as it goes from cold to hot during a ride. The back venting is good. The problem is that the bladder is terrible - unless you love the taste of plastic. Before using it the first time I flushed it a few times, including the lines. Then I filled it and let it sit overnight and then emptied and filled it right before the ride. The water was terrible and left a nasty taste in my mouth. I have since filled it and let it sit for 3 nights straight and the water still tastes terrible. It's really unacceptable. It doesn't have to be this way - there are good bladders out there. A long time I started buying made-in-Seattle bladders from a company whose name is the same as the name of a duck-billed Australian mammal. I have 3 of those, and those don't leave any taste at all. I leave the water in those bladders for weeks even right after buying them and don't even bother filling them with new water before a ride if they're already full - zero plastic taste. (To be honest, even with these there is a bit of taste in the water in the hose if it's been sitting for a loooonnnngggg time, so I suck a mouthful and spit it out . Good to go from there on no matter how long it's been sitting.)Osprey - get it together. There is no way you don' t know about this. Focus on making the excellent packs you make or have made. I won't be using this bladder and having paid for it as part of the pack chaps me ....

Really nice quality kids' hydration pack
This sturdy hydration pack is perfect for kids on the go.It fits a fairly wide range of sizes - I'm an adult and it just barely fits me but it's also small enough for a 7 year old. The bladder is great - easy to fill and the bite valve seals well. The backpack holds a few small items - it's not even day pack sized, but it's great for short hikes, or slide into a larger pack. The fabric is sturdy and the seams are well made. Excellent for going on adventures!

Perfect size for 10 year old
First off, I’m a huge Osprey fan, basically all of my packs are Osprey. I find they are just a quality brand in general and they are always thinking of the little things.I got this pack for my 10 year old daughter, she’s very active and goes running, biking, and hiking with us. This fits her perfect and she was wearing it around the house just doing chores the other day. it’s lightweight and easy to move around in, secures very well and appears to be very comfortable, she loves it.

Perfect hydration pack for kids
My 7 year old loves walking, and riding his bike and always wanted to wear mine, so I’m so happy he has one for himself, he loves it, it holds the perfect amount of water for him and fits him perfectly. This is wonderful.
