Stays on and was effective for my shoulders

Hard to apply
It appears to help my shoulder once applied. But it is so hard and inconvenient to apply. If you have shoulder pain it is hard to try to manuver to apply.

Did Nit Care for Thus Product
It was thin and small and had no effect on my pain. I use Icy Hot and if you get a fresh one, you don’t even feel any pain. It will also stay on for a few days. This one perked off by end of day. I used it on my back.
