Good deal - easy to use.
Sets very quick - 20 minutes to demold for most items for me. Make sure you have a food scale or something similar since you have to measure by weight. Good bundle especially with the molds and colors it comes with. Very easy to learn how to use, especially if you are familiar with resin already. Only complaint is the powder flies everywhere so if you have other projects around be mindful of where the dust falls.

AWESOME
Ok. Back in the mid 90's out came plaster of Paris with silicone sculpture molds. Safe, non toxic, easy to use. But there were some challenges. Air bubbles. Removing them from the molds was ok. Painting them was fun. The molds were reusable, and for me with a daycare, that was big. The kids had lots of fun, (ok I did too). The price was very reasonable! Now along comes this product! I honestly had this in my cart on hold for months due to the cost. But along came a sale so I say let's try.Now no matter if your a beginner or seasoned crafter to this kind of material, it doesn't matter, you can do this! The kit literally comes with things to get started, you just need a basic kitchen scale, (which are inexpensive now a days, coming from someone who is on a very fixed budget), cardboard square big enough for your mold to sit on and water. If you are still unsure, watch Steven McDonald, glitz n glitter, and so many others on YouTube. Steve, however really does a fantastic job with many insights.Ok. Follow instructions, even if you make a mistake and add to much water or resincrete, you can still fix it. No worries. The cardboard, tile or something to put your mold on, (which it comes with 3 cool molds), that cardboard will help you to shake out any bubbles, move it without spilling, just a great tool that's free!. Everyone has cardboard! Now, (wish I knew this years ago with the plaster of Paris), but you can color this in many ways. If you add Mica, add it to the dry first, liquid or acrylic paint, add it to the water first. (If you want different colors, do smaller batches to put together). The bubbles, wow, barely any. The surface, smooth with a beautiful Sheen! Now I wished I never listened to my ex husband! I wish I had kept those molds and ice cube trays I had those 20 some odd years ago!You can use this in ice cube trays like from the dollar store also!My recommendations when you finally decide to buy this kit:Buy another bag of resincreteKitchen scaleFun mold, such as even the candy melt trays, ice cube trays. (No need to go expensive here)The bottle of glaze that is water soluble for resincrete.String (to make ornaments)A simple face mask, (in case of dust)ImaginationYou will not regret this purchase! But if you have children, they will have fun also! Hmmm who will have more fun? The adults or the children? You decide!

Tried it because it was new
I seen a video about this stuff and for the price I gave it a go (we do regular epoxy resin stuff) and this product is very straight forward in its usage. You need a scale that measures grams and I found it was easiest to add my water for however much I was going to make. Say, 300 grams of water, and then added a scoop of powder (keeping track of how many grams of powder you added) and stirring it up good then add more, stir, add more stir until you have the proper ratio of water to powder. It pours nice and the end result is nice. It has a very unique feel to it. Its nice and smooth but you can tell it has a rock/ceramic like feeling to it. We added color (as they say you can) and it bled out so bad. This is part of the reason for only 4 stars. We put the recommended type of colorant in (blue) and it had a nice pale baby kind of blue result but after demolding and the product continued to cure it bled out most of the blue and they are pinkish color. With no colorant added the result is a nice white and that looks great. Im sure this stuff has its uses but in my opinion its kind of limited but thats just my opinion. Probably wont buy anymore but it was fun to play with.

Great product
Update after mixing and pouring into molds I have noticed the round mold is damaged on the inside of it. This is due to how the molds were packaged. It has indentions in it, and after pulling it out of mold the inside isn’t level. The instructions wasn’t in the package. I had to find a video from Steve McDonald to see what measurements were. The curing time is Great when you are wanting to finish and move to next project. The inks done great marble effects. Color was great, great value for money, Durability seems to be great. The molds function great.

Great kit for beginners
I had never used any eco friendly resins before, I had only used epoxy resin. I’m always concerned about epoxy resin because of the volatile organic compounds. I decided to try the JDiction resincrete kit because it had everything that I needed but the water. I still used gloves and a mask while mixing and pouring the resincrete but not while unmolding. I’m very happy with the results. The texture is like porcelain and it picked up all of the fine detail. The items are warm while curing but get very cold after unmolding. The items are strong except in very thin areas. I broke the ear on a dragon because I was being a little rough while removing the mold. After that, I was more careful and had no more breakage. I used some dye colorant but was unhappy with the pastel color. I painted the items and got good results. I’m definitely going to do some more casting with this eco resin because of the good results.

Love!
I have wanted to play with this for a while and I'm glad I did! Best warned that it sets up super fast, they aren't kidding about the work time! I used enough for a big mold and had little molds waiting for the over fill. When it's cured it is super strong! It works for nearly every project except buttons, I do not recommend for buttons!
