UPDATED AS OF 4/5/23OK updated review I bought a month after using my milk froth or which I only used about once or twice a week at first it slowly started having issues and now it doesn’t work at all. I did contact Amazon customer service and they said that they couldn’t give me a refund because of the amount of time it has been and they said to reach out to elite pro company. I cannot find any contact information from them and I don’t want my money back. I just want another milk, froth or I have no money to buy a brand new one. I have a low income family, paying ridiculous amounts of money for medical bills because my fiancé has cancer and is on deaths door so this is the one thing that does bring me. Joy is having fancy coffee in the morning so now I don’t even have that anymore . 😞I mostly use this for my coffee, It is powerful enough but if you are going to scramble maybe like one egg you can mix it in a bowl, or other small baking tasks as long as your quantity of food is not too great. It’s easy to clean and I really enjoy it

Ok I’m going to be honest at first when I tried to install batteries I was upset and frustrated but then I reached out to support is email which were quick to answer btw and the nice lady Sherry that said to specifically use higher grade batteries like Duracell or Energizer which I did now and OMG the power and the ease of this amazing frother is definitely my new favorite gadget in the kitchen. And it even comes with a mini rag beater too! Going to love making cold foam for my iced coffees in the morning 🥰 10/10 recommended & 10/10 customer service. Added to my review I contact support because the egg beater accidentally fell in the garbage disposal and got damaged I reached out to see if I could get a replacement and not only did Sherry replace my egg beater but also gave me an extra whisk too! Very very excellent customer service!!!

I bought this item and it never worked! Terrible cheap product. Couldn’t return because I opened it after my return window closed!

I love this little thing. Just a one or two ‘zaps’ with this in my chai tea latte and I have a nice layer of froth on top. I had an issue with it at first, the metal frother kept falling out. But easily returned it and replacement arrived quickly and intact (no problem with parts falling out. Haven’t tried the whisk yet, but I like that I have that option and that the extra part stores neatly on the stand. With the very low price, this little tool is so worth it!

This was a huge waste of my time. First, I struggled to even get this thing on. Switched the batteries (not included) around a few times before it finally turned on. Then I realize that the battery cover doesn't snap into place WITH the batteries installed. It only snaps into place of the batteries aren't there. Ok. I think I can make do. Except no. I can't. You have to push AND HOLD the power button down in order for it to work. And the beater is so short, that my hand had to be nearly in the cup in order to reach the bottom to mix.I'll be returning.

It doesn't have enough power to froth the thinner consistency milks (oat milk, low fat milk, etc). I didn't try thicker consistency milks because I don't drink those. Initially, I thought it was the milk that I was using but I ended up getting a different brand that was able to generate a lot of froth because it had more power. Overall - overpriced for what it does.

Men can frustrate you as well as make you love them. My guy was over the other day and decided to make himself a cup a coffee, so you wondering why this is an issue, the dude submerge my Frother in the dishwater saying oh I didn't know...... mistakes can be made I know except I work from home and that how I make the most desirable cup of coffee, now for the review on this item. It's works ten time better than my last one and it's is beautiful to look at...oh as for my guy when he comes over for coffee I extends him a spoon.....

This replacement product is perfect. I am glad I did a replacement and not just throw this company away as a bad product. This device as power! I had to push gentle on it to mix my eggs because it was in a low dish and would cause splatter out of the bowl. However, I rather be saying it is too powerful then not powerful enough. I have not used the foam attachment yet, but the mixer side is great and so I don't have any doubts that the other side wont be as good. The only negative critique I would give is there was no directions on how to remove the foamer to attach the beater and it took me a few to figure it out. I tried twisting and it didn't work and I tried pulling but it didn't seem to work. I watch a quick video online and apparently you do pull. Just an FYI, you have to give a good hard pull. Hindsight, that makes sense so that it doesn't come off while in use. I was worried I was going to break it. lol. Anyways, great product and will continue to use it and consider other products from this company.
