They’re sweet and fruity, and mouthwateringly tart in a great way. I like the dark red and purple ones. Orange is good but not like the berry ones. I’d eat these as candy, but I eat them after breakfast to get that breakfast taste out of my mouth before a final brushing and heading out the door. They’re a morning treat with functional benefits.

I find this product works for me. It took awhile to get how many I needed to take and when but now it is perfect.I just received my new shipment and am thrilled to see it packed with a cold pack and cool packing. As soon as I saw that there were miralax gummies, I had to add them to my cart. As a parent, it can be challenging to get a kid to finish a whole glass of grainy juice, as is the case with the powder option. My daughter thinks she's eating candy and is straining less constipated, win-win. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because the taste could use some work.

for most supplements, i could not tell/feel a difference when i tool them or not. i only take one gummy every so often however i do notice a benefit in my going (#2) with no unwanted side effects unlike with some other supplements .. maybe didn't give them a real chance.

As part of my weight loss journey sometimes I can’t get in enough fiber while staying in a deficit and these gummies come in handy! Taste great, no weird taste or burping definitely helps with digestion and ease of bowel movements. Definitely recommend for anyone not getting enough natural fiber in their diet

My sister initially bought this product thinking it had mirilax in it and would be easier to use for a trip. That part is on us for not checking the back of the label, but there is no Mirilax in this product. It is strictly a Fiber product. I'm giving it 3 stars because to me this is a misleading label for those that don't read ingredients. Also because it has the 'Mirilax' name, they seem to think it's okay to charge a higher price. I would pay that if indeed there was Mirilax in these. Now, the good part for me is these do help when I have an upset stomach. I realize that is not what these are for but for some reason they work for me when this happens. One is all I usually need for these circumstances. I recommended these to a friend actually thinking they had Mirilax in them and she ended up so blocked up she almost had to go to the hospital. We have a gut that doesn't like too much fiber so taking too much of this was a problem for her and would be for me if I took more than 1. Again, bad on us for not reading the label. I will not be buying these anymore for 2 reasons, the price, and because I can find another fiber supplement for a lower cost that doesn't have the Mirilax name on it. But these do seem to work for some people. Sad they aren't a lower price.

I appreciated the way it was shipped in a thick aluminum package with a small ice pack inside.

My son has trouble pooping, born defect. These take the place from giving him Mirilax powder daily. Much easier fix.
