Amazon Basics 8 Gallon Flap Tie Trash Bags, Fresh Scent, 80 Count

I'm really happy with these trash bags for the cost. They are great value for the amount you're paying, have a wide mouth opening so that you don't need to worry about trying to stretch it over a trash can. I use these for our bathroom trash which is a square, 1ft by 1ft mouth, these are perfect. Though I loved the convenience of a pull tie to close, these are large enough that they fit the bathroom trash perfectly each week and I have no trouble tying the flaps over one another. It seems more secure actually than the drawstring close type bags that I previously used to purchase, and these are less likely to rip. I'm really happy with them and surprised by the quality and ease of use.

These bags are good quality. The bags are stronger than I thought they would be and the scent is not off-putting.

I love these and they smell great. Being disabled makes it hard to go run to the store for anything. So I do order a lot of grocery items from Amazon. If it’s something I need immediately, I usually use other companies and delivery methods. But things like trash bags, they are less expensive and much easier to get through Amazon.

Now that I have bought Amazon brand trash bags in the medium size, I have all three of their trash bags (kitchen large; medium; and small). I find the medium bags a bit on the flimsy side but they are plenty strong for my needs (I am not worried about them coming a part). Overall, the roomy size of the medium bag, the pleasant scent, and the great price compared to Glad and Hefty brands makes me a satisfied shopper, and I will buy them again.

This is a really nice size trash bag. It fits a couple of my medium size cans perfectly. I will definitely purchase these again.

I have purchased these bags many times. I found that the size worked well for me and even though the bags are thin, I haven’t had any trouble with them ripping. I don’t try to overfill them though. They come in a sturdy box which is used to dispense them. My problem with my most recent order is that I cannot separate the two sides of the bag so I can fill them. The bags in the box previously were in a large round group and you could easily take one bag out at a time. They were perforated and easy to tear one off. Now however, they are still in a dispensing box but they are already torn from each other so one slips out at a time. Problem is that the edge of the single bags is impossible to open. I’ve tried using both dry and wet hands and wearing gloves. I tried scrunching the edge and with other bags then you can usually find at least a little place where the two sides separate so you can open the bag, not with these though. I have opened each so far but not without running out of patience and sometimes just going to the next one in the box to try for a better and quicker result.
