The system works great. We use it to make plant signs for our school gardens. I did have a small problem and to their credit, there was no question. They sent me replacements. everything. I do like their customer service. Using this to print on wood is great. So far so good. I even added water to the ink after printing on some plastic and could not rub it off, So I like that it's very permanent.

I bought this product in 2023 and it break at the first use. I claim a refund and the seller prefers to send me an other one free but it was a scam cause this new one was bas and never print. I contacted the seller to return it but he never responded. I STILL WANT A REFUND FOR THIS PRODUCT GOOD FOR GABBAGE!

One of the things I was most curious about is, what about replacement ink? Because this is neat until it's empty, but then what? There's good news and bad news on the ink front. First, the bad news. It's a little pricey. As in, around $100 a cartridge. Ouch. I have no idea (yet) how long ink lasts, but that is a pricey replacement. The good news? They have more than just the black color to choose from. There are several colors including white, blue, red, green, and even a UV ink is available. So if black isn't what you need, options are plentiful. In all, it's not a bad printer, there is a bit of a learning curve so it takes some time to get used to it. And it can be quite a challenge to print on some things (where as others are ZIP! and you're done). But it's quite flexible and programmable to do what you need, and the wide range of available colors makes it quite versatile. My only real complaint is ink cost - I wish they could get that down a bit. Maybe by half. We'll see how long it lasts, though, before I can offer a more solid opinion on ink costs. But right now, it seems a bit pricey. 4 stars.

We have several handheld inkjets of different brands for our product cases and expiry dates. Not new to these. They all look identical and even have the same batteries and chargers, and their operating system is identical except for the logo. It's safe to assume they are made at the same factory. The reason for buying the Phezer brand is because all of these are locked to cartridges that are only of that brand (in other words, the cartridges, just like these printers are identical but they are coded to only work with the brand you purchased from). Most of these brands are one off and disappear overnight so good luck finding a cartridge. The cartridge is most of the cost here so $150 printer would have a $120 cartridge. Replacing the cartridge costs almost as much as the entire thing. Sadly, these cartridges are supposed to work for 100,000 average print but they get smudgy, miss parts of the print and dry out. This one was particularly painful and did not last a month or even 1,000 first uses. I am done buying cartridges without kniwing if they will work or not. Not at this price. 2 stars because when it works it's pretty good (alas really bad user interface and inaccurate print-to-scree-spacing ratios), and because the solvent ink in the cartridges really sticks to any surface or product and will not even come off in repeated dishwasher cycles.

It's a great product, the printing is smaller than I thought it would be. The ink dries out quickly and the battery charge only lasts 15 minutes.

It looks like a used product, stained with ink, and on top of that, it didn't turn on.

Received this product much earlier than estimated very impressed with customer service and understanding. Printer works as expected and perfect for the business needs.

Not good, was open and returned I did get a replacement however the space between the side rollers makes it almost impossible on some items. Flat items must be large enough so that the rollers remain on the surface, that means at least about 3 inches, 1.5 inches on each side of the printer. If you want to print you need say 4 inch print then you need 4+3 = 7 inches of flat space to complete the print. also no round printing must only be flat.

Purchased as replacement for cartridge that came with printer. Worked great for 1 month. Out of nowhere started gapping prints 3/4 of the way through. Went to website looking for how to resolve. Did everything with no resolution. Contacted supplier 2X asking for help. Provided ALL information. NO responses.

This stopped working after 4 months…
