Not so much in making one drowsy, but I can definitely say I sleep more soundly and through the night on this supplement.

Not what I expected! They are too big for me to swallow! I am sure they are good but not for me!

First off, when I ordered these, I felt great. Suggested friends bought these. However. I then developed adult acne and I've never had this before. I developed severe back pain and inflammation. Bowel habits decreased and weight gain was affected. The only thing i have changed in my life is these tablets. I have now stopped taking them and will see what happens. Good luck if they work for you but I feel and look awful.

Used as came from Canada to UK. Jet lag awful!!! Remembered this product from years ago.Easy to take and they work. Back to normal routine in a week. No problems after stopping.Great product.

I used to wake up 3 or 4 times a night and struggle to get back to sleep again. Now I'm taking one of these every night I sleep all of the way through and wake up as soon as my alarm goes off in the morning.

Have been taking that for a month, I don’t feel any beneficial effects on sleep. Will continue until the package is finished and update here if there’s any noticeable effects.
