I have a compressed ulnar nerve and have found this splint to be the most effective solution for calming flare-ups. Although I own several other splints, they haven't provided the same level of comfort - most of them force my wrist into unnatural positions and fail to consider natural hand placement. Although my hands are small and this splint isn’t specifically designed for my proportions, I’ve discovered that using a folded (clean!) sock to cushion the palm, and placing under the fingertips, makes it fit perfectly for me. I choose not to strap my thumb in, as it feels a bit too stretched and restrictive, but this isn't an issue as the splint works well regardless. With no flex, it's impossible to perform tasks while wearing it, so as a result of that, I typically use it only at night or while watching TV. Remarkably, after just one night’s use, I always notice a very significant improvement in my pain levels, so I only need to wear it occasionally for relief. Overall, this splint offers excellent value and is a fantastic purchase. Happy to recommend it!

A fantastic splint but not any good for my husband’s hand .

Great support for the hand. Having the separate finger arrangements makes it easy to put on. It supports the wrist and lower arm very well. Ideal for a stroke victim. Definitely worth buying.

The support comes well packaged with a velvet storage bag and spare support bag. The straps and support base are all very soft and comfortable. I would have been happy to keep this splint if it was adjustable. It's made from hard plastic so can't be bent to fit. It's also huge, which may work for men but unless you have really large hands for a woman, it's just not going to work for you. The moulded plastic makes a shape that looks comfortable if your hand fits the shape but unfortunately my thumb couldn't even react the thumb strap. There was also a big hollow where my hand wasn't supported. Another reviewer suggested filling the hollow with a rolled up sock, but it still wasn't right, so it has been returned.

Offers tremendous support and helps to keep fingers extended. Does the trick.

Bought to ease pain in my Mum's arm during to clawing of her hand after a stroke. Worn over night every nightto stop the clawing and then she was pain fee all day. Great solution.

Now I know how a boxer feels but I simply had an accident and broke my knuckle. This little beauty worked a treat if I was out and about in crowds or for sleeping at night. Kept my hand/fingers in the right position and was easy enough for me to put on and off myself unlike the backslab the physio gave me which had to be bandaged on with about 3 kms of elastic bandage! Almost worth breaking another knuckle just to use it again....
