Very Good
Tired of Amazon fire tablet. Wouldn't stay on. Just randomly shut off while reading & that's mainly what I use it for. So I tried something different. Only one time experienced something odd. I turned on the tablet to a book I was already reading when I was waiting at Doctors office. Book wouldn't open. Restarted & it still didn't open. I tried another book I had already downloaded & it opened just fine. Only problem I've had & when I got back home & opened the original book that gave me trouble, it opened fine. No idea what that was about. Have had it for 3 mos and that was only issue, so overall I am happy. My wife has had the same tablet and no issues in 9 mos.

Not as easy to use as a ipad, but affordable
This is not as easy to use as a ipad, but it was a fraction of the cost and the speed has been reasonable for the price. I do not think it is slow, but would not say it is super fast with all the apps either. Most of the apps it works fine using this. The screen display and the battery life are amazing though. It is thin as well. I ordered a case to use with it and to store it. It was and still is a little confusing to figure out how to move out of an app to the home screen and I like the ipad method to doing it more, but I have also used Apple phones and tablets for many years so part of that is just my habits on how I have used a tablet. For kids that are younger I think this would be a good starter tablet, because if they break or lose it, you are not out so much money. A ipad costs a lot more. If you are just going to use it a little I also think that this works fine and having a much more expensive ipad really has no benefit. But, if I was going to be using a tablet a lot like I do my phone, I would not use this as my go to tablet. But, for watching a movie and checking email or using social media a little now and then and having it for that purpose this is prefect. I tried some games that are more graphic intense as well on this and they work ok, but for simple games that do not need a lot of processing power this would be more than enough.

Caution about the cord
First just bought two to replace older android tablets where the software was outdated and could not be upgraded. For 69 dollars the price on tablets now are crazy low. My first 10 inch was $440 dollars. Below is a listing of things during and after set up:1. Set up is fairly easy and if you need to sync with your old tablet to acquire book marks and passwords its fairly easy process with one exception. My wifes tablet was out of date and could not sync. I had to do it manually and that worked okay.2. You can set up the display to look the way you want and there are features like bold text and text size that work pretty well.3. I was able to load a few free aps off the google play program with no problems. Including the Kindle books ap for loading books from Amazon to both our new tablets. I checked and they are automatically added to your device list. That was pretty neat.4. I went online to find out how to load my own music library. It was easy following directions from a how to querry I did on line.5. As of now my only gripe is there seems to not be a media player with the exception that Lenovo has You Tube in its pants and they want you to buy your music, videos and such from You tube. Even though I can access my music library I can only select on song and not set it up to shuffle and play all the songs. That is a big dis appointment.6. Last, you will need to buy cords for it if you travel. Lenovo plug ins are not compatable with android tablets so your old cords wont work. We have two sets of cords for our apple and android products. One is in plastic bag for traveling the other for household use. I now need to order two five foot cords that work on the Lenovo for traveling. Too bad they cant force a universal cord world wide for everything but everyone wants to make another buck from you.Last I think our of the 32 gig you end up with about 18 after all their programs on loaded and for me thats fine I'm not a gamer. If I was I would only get a 64 gig tablet.4...................................................................................................................................................................................................Wanted to update that I ordered longer cords - the lenovo cords are not compatible with standard HDMI cables. The plug in is different so if your like me and like 5 ft cords, watch what you order, the ones I got were standard size cables and dont fit. That may be the drawback to Lenovo they arent making a standard hookup like everyone else. Also this is not an Amazon issue its a Lenovo issue.

Stay away from this tablet and this company
We purchased 3 tablets and straight out of the box when delivered there were problems. First, upon setup, when connecting to the wifi, it would connect but no internet access (other office devices were running fine.) I had to factory reset and then go through troubleshooting steps from Google searches and then Lenovo website. After 3 hours of fooling around with the first tablet, It finally started working. When setting up the 2nd tablet, the same issue occurred. However, this time the troubleshooting steps were not successful. I called Lenovo customer support and the first person I spoke to had me try a few things and then informed me if I wanted to continue I needed to pay $69 (I've had the tablets for 1 day). Of course, I said no and then he gave me a warranty number to call. I called and that representative was no help at all. He told me to factory reset and try the troubleshooting steps.2 tablets not working, delivered yesterday, trying to charge me money to troubleshoot and not even able to fix the problem. I'm not opening the 3rd. These things are going back. Also, one thing I left out. The first Lenovo representative asked for the serial number. Once I gave it to him he said I had a Lenovo 2G. These are not 2G tablets, they are M8, 4th gen, 2023 tablets. The main reason I ordered these was price and wanted to be able to upload security updates for 5years before having to replace them. I learned these tablets are only supported until Sept 2024.
