The coin marker - set prominently above a threshold - was to designate the building as a location that paid for additional city services like fire fighters, running water, and trash removal. The coin bore the family's name in a beautiful font and had their address scrolled around it to give notice to the city that this family was entitled to full municipal services. The coin insignia -- still beautiful and regal 200 years later is the inspiration that led to Southern Marsh's Signature Coin design. Printed on ultra soft ring spun cotton and available in beautifully vibrant colors. A classic design printed on iconic quality.
