First Class kitchen Tool
Shharp and stays sharp. Cuts through bone like a knife through butter. I highly recommend this cleaver although I often use it as a knife too.

works as it should
ok for the price , nice easy clean cleaver , fairly sharp when delivered but doesnt retain the sharpness for long ,would buy again for its general usefulness and ease of cleaning .

Cost effective chopper.
I worked in engineering for donkeys years and know Starrett as a manufacturer of quality precision measuring equipment and excellent hole saws. This chopper is light, easy to handle, sharp and a pleasure to use. The cost is very low for such a fine kitchen tool.
