One of my favourites
Unlike other tablets, this didn’t leave any bits floating at the top or seem to be messy looking. Taste great and gives you exactly what you need. Wish the taste was a little stronger but that’s just my preference.

Phizz is my fave hydration drink. You get 20 tabs a tube? It’s full of vitamins, there’s only 10 cals per, I feel super hydrated after drinking mine. 10/10 from me

Wasn't what thought
I thought these would help with my sleepiness during the. However they tast just like dynamite.

Energy drink in tablet form.
Definitely has caffeine in it so its effective, but its in same category as Sneak or any pre-workout powder but its in tablet form. It still has that undissolved particles that powders have which is off putting, so better shake before drinking. Taste is very mild on 500ml per tablet so best to mix it with 250ml so caffeine content is same as redbull. Once you drop tablet in water theres no need to mix.

Tastes like Paracetamol Suspension
Absolutely vile! What a waste of money, I’ve tried several hydration tablets and this is by far the worst. It tastes like liquid paracetamol and the tablet itself is very weak (dissolved in 500ml of water). Do yourself a favour and steer well clear of these! From experience, you cannot go wrong with the SIS brand of hydration tablets, they’re all great.
