Works for L. rueteri Yogurt
I use this to make L. rueteri yogurt. It works quite well. I never used another brand but maybe I could get a less expensive one. But why fix what’s not broken? Lol.

Disappointed in product package change and price
The company reduced the size of their packaging by half recently, but kept the same price. The cost of this was previously for an almost 23 oz plastic container.Also the bag is a terrible design. The powder sticks to the scoop and will spill some every time you use it regardless of how careful you try and be.There are plenty of other organic inulin powders that do the same thing and are a better value now, as well as have less frustrating packaging.

I have used this product for several year for my medically fragile grandson. They decreased the amount to half and increased the price. I really dislike the bag verses the container.

Less product, higher cost
This package is 6 oz and costs $30, while the jar that was previously available (September 2024) was 11oz and cost $20. What the heck! At least slowly increase price/decrease size, don't be so blatant.I actually really like the product but very disappointed with this overreach. Will be searching for a different brand.
