So far perfect for my camper
I just installed this on my drawer in my camper. These were pretty easy to install and come with little silicone inserts to help mark the spot; just make sure you line it up properly before marking. I find the price to be fair, especially for metal over plastic. So far they seem to work well, I didn't want it to be difficult to open my drawer (especially since I didn't install a handle on the drawer) but also wanted it to latch strongly since it is installed in a camper. So far I'm loving these but the true test will come when I'm on the road. I installed two of these on a drawer that is pretty heavy/loaded down with materials so I'm interested to see how this works when I'm on the road. I will definitely update the review to conclude how well these latches work in that more extreme setting.

Excellent product. Excellent packaging.
The packaging is excellent and the product is excellent. I had to return some other style catches that broke when I closed the cabinet door the first time. Absolutely worthless junk, and they cost twice what these did. I was impressed with the packaging of these catches. They came in a small, hinged, plastic box about the size of a cassette tape box. 4 to a box. Very neat. A great first impression. They were simple to install. The RV cabinet doors close securely now. After the junk I sent back these were a pleasant surprise and work beautifully.

sturdy replacements
I had to replace the latch on one of my sixty year old cabinets and it definately had me frustrated for a while! These are way better than the old ones!

Worked on warped cabinet door
I bought these for one of my kitchen cabinet doors that has warped slightly. The top of the cabinet door closes flush against the cabinet itself, but the bottom of the door stuck out about half an inch. I installed this and it keeps the whole door aligned properly now.

Great For Detering Curious Fur Babies
Installation took a little bit but it's relatively simple. It comes with instructions to make the process a bit easier. It's funny cause the only reason why we got these is because we got a new kitty. She loves to explore the house however the kitchen has a lot where we don't want her snooping through. These latches definitely require some strength to open and shut the cabinets, but they puts our minds to rest. Little Sushi won't be roaming in our cabinets for chemicals or garbage no more!

These cost a little bit more but they are much tighter grip & holding power. False drawer face doesn't fall out onto the kitchen floor any more.
