Cooling fast
A must have for the hot months.

Yes and no!
The cooling effect is very minimal, short lived and just trickery from menthol! It helped during the heatwave for getting backing in to bed after a bathroom visit. I sprayed the sheet before going back to bed and was pleasantly cool... but you absolutely must keep it away from pillows and faces! The smell isn't nice... like winter cold remedies. I also sprayed it on the inside of a t-shirt, as the instructions suggest. Again, it was quite cooling, but only lasted a couple of minutes and left me stinking like a vapour rub! I think the menthol just momentarily makes the skin tingle and doesn't actually cool. In desperate times, like menopause in the recent English heatwaves, it provides a moment of relief, but not enough for me to bother buying it again, as I don't think it's worth the price for a fairly small sized bottle. The spray itself is easy to use

Lovely for when it’s hot.
My headline says it all really. It is bliss to have this when the night is hot and sticky. Previously, I used a fine-mist water spray but the effect on,y lasted a few minutes. I don’t know how the makers do it but this spray keeps the sheets slightly damp for a much longer time. I even spray it on me if it’s really hot! It doesn’t make the sheets feel wet, just lovely and cool, so I don’t know how that is possible as it is a wet spray. Brilliant though, and helps me get off to sleep on a really hot night. Excellent for spraying on a blouse or shirt in the day to keep you cooler on your way to work or the shops.

Works for instant cooling - minty smell
It definitely works short term - the fabric is pleasantly cool to the touch and it feels like it heats up from body heat slower Saw a lot of people complain about smell, but I really like it! It's a strong mint smell, like opening a fresh pack of strong peppermint gum!

Dreadful product
Dreadful product doesn't cool you at all.It has a very chemical smell I used it once the rest will go in the bin.

Horrible menthol medicine smell. Not cooling at all but will clear up any blocked sinuses...

Don't spray it on your face.
It is amazing but I sprayed on my face didn't do anything but then I read the instructions and you spray it on your pillow. Loved this.
