So much room
Plenty of room in the case for my audio mixer and deep enough to also put my wireless mics and cables under it.

Case is not secure
I bought this case trying to cut corners and save a buck...DO NOT BUY THIS TO DO THAT! I used this case for my camera and MAC Studio along with podcast recording equipment. After just two flights both times, the case has come out of baggage opened, luckily I had two locks on it helped keep it closed but had those external 3rd party locks not been on the case, my over $10k worth of equipment would have been lost/damaged/stolen. Might be a good case for just at home use, but when you're imitating Pelican. you would hope the latches would stay closed. Would not recommend

Bought to safely store Celestron 925 SCT telescope. Light case for its size perfectly fit telescope. Each layer of foam can be individually sized using the easy to remove squares. Highly suggest starting at bottom and working way up for a great fit! Wheels are a great addition to transport and the clasps all have a locking mechanism to ensure doesn’t open unintentionally. Recommended.

This is a budget hard shell case. The plastic is comparatively softer than it's competitors--easier to scuff, easier to scratch, and easier to dent. But it does still work pretty decently. The build quality isn't the greatest, with larger gaps on the sides (no clasps there) and far from properly trimmer plastic molding, but it is solid enough. The rubberized handle is the same, with a lot of imperfection. That said, it is pretty comfortable to hold albeit it seems like the mixture used does harden significantly at low temperatures even above freezing. I wouldn't call it becoming brittle yet but the comfortable and grippy texture is certainly gone when it hits single digit temperatures (in Celsius). The case is water resistant though like all similar cases, especially with a pressure valve, ideally do not subject these to TOO much water, standing water or submerging it because if water does get it, it won't get out. Yes, even with the uneven gaps when closed the case still manages to be water resistant; the gaps are not wide enough to allow water in. It should be noted that the foam blocks inside are square cut but through it's whole thickness (about 4 squares thick). There are no cutting in between for more precise fitting with regards to the depth. Furthermore, the foam blocks are held along the center of the squares instead of the corners; this means that they can easily deflect under weight and you'll need more rows between items to keep them from deforming too much... which means less items can fit per case. Thankfully if you find the adequate size replacement foam you can easily replace them... but for a cost. For all the imperfections and cheaper materials used, it should be noted that the price reflects this too. You won't get the quality of a name brand but these are significantly cheaper too. It's a little hard to find direct comparable prices because the different sizes that exists out there are pretty varied, but this particular case does run significantly cheaper than its competitor for similar sizes. The only aspect I dislike about this size/model is the weird interior. On the bottom there are a few thick posts that stick out, which give the bottom surface a very uneven shape and depth. This can make planning your gear fitment a bit of a nightmare... I am unsure what those posts are for but they are not structurally required; you should be able to cut them off with a tool but it is an annoyance for sure. Meanwhile on the side there seems to be grooves where some sort of divider inserts can be inserted... but it doesn't appear that MEIJIA actually sells any of those so that is a bit weird. These grooves take up a bit of room inside but at least don't contribute too much to fitment customization. Otherwise the case works decently as a budget weather resistant hard case.

I’ve invested quite a bit in my camera setup, and after trying a few softer cases that just didn’t cut it, I decided to go for this MEIJIA hard case. It’s built like a tank, everything about it screams durability and reliability. The hard outer shell feels incredibly tough, and the foam inside is fully customizable, just tear out the slot needed. I was able to shape it exactly to fit my camera body, lenses, and flash accessories. The waterproofing gives me peace of mind, especially when I'm shooting outdoors or travelling. It’s handled rain, dust, and bumpy car rides with ease. I have checked all the seams by pouring water all over it, when open up all the seams are dry to touch which is assuring. Despite the rugged protection, the case is still easy to carry. The handle is comfortable, can be folded down to stop catching on sides of cargo spaces. It fits my DSLR, two lenses, filters, and a set of flashes perfectly. This case isn’t cheap, but honestly, when my gear is worth thousands, protecting it properly is worth every penny. I feel confident taking my equipment anywhere now. Highly recommend it to any photographer, drone user, or videographer who wants serious protection without compromising on convenience. Only think I would improve on is the locking holes for the lid could be made of metal instead of just the plastic from the lid. Nothing will stop a determined thief but plastic just too easy to melt when grind with tool.
