Very well made. I wasn’t sure what the build quality would be and it exceeded my expectations. It didn’t freeze hard and was malleable when put on your heel. This made for a more comfortable experience. Definitely worth the $20 plus tax.

Freezes and fits great

I have plantar fasciitis and this ankle ice pack has been perfect! It wraps around my ankle great and soothes all of the right places. Amazing invention!

I had become very frustrated with trying to use typical flat ice packs on my foot for plantar fasciitis, they don't stay in place or conform to my foot very well, so I decided to splurge and try this. I didn't have high hopes, but I was very surprised at how well it worked. It fits my average-sized man's foot very well. I especially like the extra long fastening strap that lets me wrap it around the bottom and the back of my foot at the same time, holding it where I need it most. The only drawback is while it stays cold the full 20 minutes recommended for a single application, you need to put it back in the freezer for at least an hour before it's ready to go again.

This boot is the best boot ever! I’ve been dealing with pain in my foot and heel for the last eight months. The Achilles tendinitis has been driving me out of my mind and my shoes! I’ve tried so many different devices, applications of ice and different contraptions and nothing has helped until now. What’s terrific is that two boots come in one order, that’s like having a back up boot just waiting for you. The ice effect lasts for a good 20 minutes which is all you really want it to last, any longer than that and you can run into trouble icing too much. So, if you’re looking for some help with any pain in your foot, ankle or heel go for this boot! It’s easy to slip on, secures tightly with a Velcro stretchy strap and the icing effect is perfect!

My daughter's feet get so sore after track practice. These feel so good for her to ice her feet with. They can be iced or heated. Great product!

This is a decent ice pack for the heel but could be better. I recently had achilles heel surgery and needed some cold therapy. This ankle wrap worked fairly well. However, it was too cold directly on the skin. If I wore a sock under it, it was not extremely effective. The ice pack also frosts over rather quickly. It would be better if they had some felt matterial on the plastic or a fabric sleeve.

I searched to find an icepack that would stay in place & cover my heel (needed due to plantar fasciitis). This was the only one that I could find & it had good reviews. I ordered two of them, so that I'd have one available for use while the other was in the freezer. These are extremely effective, and I love that you can customize the fit with the Velcro straps. I wear socks & wrap a hand towel around my foot before putting this on because it's very cold!
