limited sizes
Not available in my usual 10-10.5 size, so ordered the available 12+ size. Sandal is true to size, but due to velcro straps I could easily snug them up on my undersized feet. I like sandals on bikes and find, that with 2 pr of wool socks my feet are good down to at least 38F in the winter. Nice thing about sandals is they easily accommodate more socks. Cleats mount easily and are recessed enough that they should wear out more slowly with walking around. Sandals are comfortable out to 50 mile rides with good socks and I now have ~220 miles riding in them. Weight ~18 oz each. The sole is stiff where the cleats mount over ~4" area but slightly flexy forward and rearward of this area. Not a problem IMO. Will supplement the review in 6-12 months. Cycling sandals are now a sparsely available commodity in limited sizes. I wanted covered toes so shimano was out but those are probably available in more sizes.
