The best I've owned
I've had 5 or 6 of these headband magnifiers. These are the best, no question. The 4.5 inch wide lenses are great. The others come with 3.5 inch wide lenses and it your peripheral vision is out of focus. Very annoying. I love the 1.2x and 1.5 magnifications which come with it. Just great. I need something in-between 1x and 2X and these work great. The headband itself is very comfortable, even with 3 AA batteries in it. I don't use the headlamp very much, but I'm glad it's there, for when I am working on something away from my well-lit workbench. Good know I have convenient source of light in that situation. I wish that I would have purchased these the first time I decided to buy something like this. I always thought, why did they make the lenses so narrow? 4.5 inches wide just makes common sense. Buy these, you won't be disappointed.

Not what I hoped BUT
I found out about this product from one of my favorite YouTubers that does paint by number projects (shout out to Meliane Bs creative studios) after seeing she loved this product I bought it.Pro: you get alot of lens for your money. The light is bright. Inexpensive.Cons: very uncomfortable. I found difficult to adjust.*** I have pretty good vision so maybe I didn't need these. Mostly bought for the light feature and hoped it would help see smaller sections on my paint by numbers canvases but found it very uncomfortable to wear and hard to adjust to the right place. Might work for others but did not like. Bought desk light with magnifying glass instead.

OMG, That Floss Is TINY!!!
When I was in my late 30s, into 40s, I really enjoyed counted cross stitch. I stitched a LOT of them, and they were beautiful.I've decided to take it up again. I get so engrossed in what I'm doing, I can tune the political ads out. My formerly 30-40 year old eyes are closer to 60. I couldn't see the pattern of the aida cloth to count or sew on. My husband got me this, he uses his pair in his gunsmithing.I am thrilled beyond tears that I can see the cloth and count with no real effort. I had been afraid my old eyes weren't up to the task. With these "goggles" (I use the elastic band, not the earpieces.) I've done 3 in the last 3 weeks. These magnifiers are MAGNIFICENT. Love 'em.

It does work over prescription glasses.
Just what I needed, no regrets whatsoever. With aging my detail vision is suffering, these work perfect for electronic and precise machining work.Depth field of view is ok, they are not medical grade, but very good for the price.

Good little magnifier, but tight on my head.
I can see why people say they use it only for a few hours a day. It is tight on the sides of the head, and the focal length is short. But I use it because my eyes are old and not as sharp as they used to be. I make ink stencils for silk screen printing and this helps me to have good control.

Takes a bit to get used to
A little heavy on the nose, but still functional. They take some getting used to, but very nice for fine detail work. The focal point for the max magnification is a bit close to my face so I cant use for an extended period of time, but when i really need to see up close for fine detail work they are great.

Great for nails
I bought this so that I could see better for detailed reverse stamping. It works great. The only downside is that I wear glasses and these frames are pretty ridged and don’t give as much as I hoped. It makes them a little tight when fitting over my glasses.
