It's missing the filter piece as someone else said in there review and when you go to lock in the adapter or the hose to the window piece it doesn't fit the piece falls out it's not the right size and that's their own piece it's not like it's going for my AC to their piece it's going from their hose to their window piece it doesn't fit I mean it's the stupidest thing ever how do you not realize it doesn't fit
