The Supergear Thigh Wrap has given me significant relief from the pain on the outside of my upper leg (the pain is called I T band syndrome). I bought the size XL even though the large size might have fit my leg. Having extra long straps presents no problem while giving me more fabric to grab onto to pull for greater compression. The people who complained that the wrap would not stay up were probably putting the wrap on top of their pants. For me, the wrap would not stay up even when I put it on top of my thin cuddleduds leggings. However, I can wear it all day with no slippage when I wrap it around my bare skin. The fabric is very comfortable. The velcro is secure without adhering too tightly to the fabric. I tried another company's wrap that felt great, but the velcro adhered so tightly that I had to get help to get the wrap off my leg. I am relieved that is NOT a problem with the Supergear wrap. Also, I can apply the wrap so that the straps close in the front of my leg so I have easy access when it is time to remove the wrap. The straps are equal in length even though my leg is larger at the top of the wrap than it is at the bottom. That is no problem. I just pull the lower strap about 2 inches further than I pull the upper strap.

I have pain from an old hamstring injury that gets worse while I'm at work since I'm on my feet the whole time. Using this helped reduce the pain so much. The only downside is your thigh will sweat so much while you have it on

It makes my leg sweat but gives a Lil relief to my broken femur. It has to be applied really tight. I'll look for another one with more firmness.

This wrap is great for supporting a pulled or strained muscle. The adjustable straps make it so easy to position it where you want, and adjust to to fit your leg exactly. When not used, it can be easily rolled up and sealed with the velcro straps for storage.

I like how it's adjustable however, it will become loose after walking and getting up a lot.
