Excellent camera for the price
This is a good phone for the price. Punches above its weight on speed and looks. For a sixty year old, the screen is sharp and easy to navigate around. 4G and below only. The camera is ok. For this price it is not going to be comparable to a the big named phones costing hundreds. Alarm wise Android 13 has a bedtime setting which is taking me some time getting used to. You have to leave the phone on that setting not turn it completely off with differs to the Ulefone note 10, but it doesn't use much battery life, think standby. The battery lasts ages. Charger is good. If you want the USB cord to down load to a pc, go in the phone setting and type USB, you will get a list off choices to choose from. The side slot for the SIM and micro SD cards is tight fitting. I was used to getting the phone back off and placing the cards in that way. Don't think I will play about to much with that. So, for me, a good, useful phone with plenty of bells and whistles to keep me happy.

overall. good.. well worth the price
The phone was delivered very quickly. I really like the cell phone. Have been using it for a few days. Battery life is good and the phone is very simple to use. Games can be played wonderfully without stuttering. It responds very well. It also has adequate photo facilities for everyday use. The phone is well made with a protective cover included. The screen is large with good definition. The camera is impressive with very clear photos. The battery lasts quite a long time. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Ulefone note 16 pro is a amazing phone.
The Ulefone note 16 pro is brilliant I love it. It does everything you need. The camera's front and back are excellent. When using your WiFi or data the phone is very fast. The phone is a lovely blue colour which I picked. It's also light and has a big screen and comes with a screen protector and clear case. Also when I first got the phone I couldn't figure out how to do something so I contacted ulefone customer service and they couldn't do enough to help ,sorted me out and was very helpful and said come back if I have any problems. Amazing.

Rubbish quality
A completely useless phone, only suitable for a child to play with. Never will recommend this phone to anyone. Most dissatisfied

First Rate Mobile Phone
This review is for the Ulefone Note 16 Pro. I'm making the distinction here as I've seen a number of the Ulefone 16 Pro ads on Amazon with reviews dating back earlier than the April 2023 release on this particular model. This is the third Ulephone we've had in this household - the first two being Note 9P models, both of which are alive and functioning perfectly, and we have absolutist not complaints with them. However, as Amazon block me from review them for some inane reason, I thought I'd get in before anything similar happens with the Note 16 Pro!PRO:* 8GB RAM with user-selectable "paging memory" from internal storage (up to 8GB in 2 GB increments).* "standard" Ulefone 6.52 screen + form factor, so if you've used something like the 9P and are looking to upgrade, the 16 Pro will feel instantly familiar.* 50 MP rear camera is quite a boost for a 'phone in this price range, and having tested indoor and out, cannot fault the quality of images / video.* Very fast and responsive even when using just the 8GB RAM.* Android 13 - latest Android, and bloatware-free.* Android 13's ability to resize icons / fonts.* Decent battery (actually slightly less capacity than the 9P, but looks to hold its charge pretty well).* Very good connectivity my wife's 9P tends to throw the occasional wobbly when Bluetoothing with the cars; the 16 Pro is happy as Larry automatically connecting to either car on getting it.* Screen is crisp and reasonably bright for indoor use.* CPU / GPU + memory more than enough for most apps (can't speaks to games as not a gamer).CON:* Screen is not the greatest in bright daylight (but point me to a low-cost 'phone that doesn't have the same issue).* The SIM Card / Memory card holder looks like it needs very careful handling lest it break - same issue with the 9P.* Speaker is passable, but if you want to hear music sans earbuds, you'll likely need a bluetooth speaker to get real quality and depth of sound (again pretty true of the 9P as well). However, speaker is adequate for speaker voice / video calls & a graphics equaliser app will smooth out the sound when watching any streaming service.CONCLUSIONOur experience with Ulfone has (touch wood) been nothing other than excellent. As mentioned, the two Note 9P models used by the family are still going strong and far from outmoded, and thus far the Note 16 Pro has been equally as a good and as solid in terms of all-around use. In fact this is potentially the first 'phone to tempt me away from using a digital camera for general photography and shifting to using the on-board camera for a lot of my stuff. My one warning would be - parse the Amazon ads for the Note 16P carefully. I've seen it priced at £110.49 (the price I paid), £116.99 and £129.99 - and all from the Ulefone store and at the same time!
