Accidentally put it in dishwasher and survived.

This is an inexpensive item, but how much really should a decent frother be. It sometimes works, good enough, and sometimes not. It will pulse during use and is kind of a hassle. I will be ordering a higher quality frother, tossing this one out. Too bad. waste of money.

Solid and well made, USB-c charging and the wand pops off for travel. Works great. Exactly what I was looking for.

Worked well for a few months and now won't turn on. Handwashed and never misused... yet it's dead. Waste of money and resources. Why does Amazon sell this low-quality junk?

I was looking to replace the smaller, battery powered milk frothing wand I've been using successfully for at least 6 months with another one that was rechargeable. This one held great promise as it is rechargeable and even breaks apart for travel, but the one thing it does NOT do for me is froth milk. The RPM appears to be too high and, perhaps, the wisk is too large (at least 20% larger than my previous wand). It certainly mixes well and makes the milk somewhat creamy but doesn't actually produce a nice, dense, creamy froth. It seems to beat the milk into submission instead of finessing it like my other wand does so successfully. If you want a good milk or liquid hand mixer, this is for you. And, perhaps, if you were frothing a larger quantity of milk (I just use about 1/8 cup each morning), it might work better. But, ... for what I need ... it doesn't do the trick and certainly can't replace what I was already using. On another note, instructions say you should not charge this wand for more than 2 hours if you want the lithium battery to last, so that means I couldn't just plug it in and leave it when ready to charge. That is a little more inconvenient than I'd expected too. I'm still not ready to give up on a rechargeable option for me, but this is simply not it.

For the most part I really love this as a drink frother option! Most others run on batteries and need to be changed very frequently if the frother is used regularly. They also seem like they have a bit of a shorter life to them before the motor burns out. Whereas the technology of this one seems pretty superior; stainless steel, a bit heavier, sturdier, faster, and I LOVE that it is rechargeable. Saves my batteries from being gobbled up left and right. Also, when I say the motor is faster, I mean VERY fast - this thing mixes incredibly well. And for the most part that is a really good thing.... except for one aspect. The design of the on/off switch. The location of it is fine, easy enough to reach with your thumb whether using your right or left hand. But it's not like the spring loaded kind where you push in to start it and let go to stop it - it's more like a normal switch where if switched in "on" position it runs constantly and only stops when you push it the other way. Which can definitely cause a bit of a mess because of how fast it's making your liquid whirl around... if it starts sloshing out of the cup, or really doing anything that would make you want to ease up a bit, it takes noticeably longer to get it stopped. It can take some getting used to. For now it's only my preferred frother for drinks/etc where I have a lot of excess room for the liquid whirlpool to get higher and higher. Still, I'm happy to have it overall as it functions really well, seems like it has a lot more staying power than the others, and I think it saves a good deal of money in the long run.I do kind of wish it came with its own stand, which bothered me more at first but I finally realized it will stand there by itself nicely if turned upside down.I can't access the delivery date anymore but I don't remember any issues with it, so it probably arrived in a timely enough manner. Came with an instruction manual and is very easy to assemble. Overall I think it is a good purchase!

I recently got my first espresso maker, and needed a frother. I saw this frother at a great price and ordered. I love it! And boy, does it create froth--even on the walls if you accidentally pull it out, like I did, being a newbie. But what that showed me is its versability. It will joyfully blend any liquidy, saucy ingredients. I have used it for package mixes, sauces, all kinds of things; because of the power it generates, it only takes a few seconds. It has saved me from getting out my hand mixer several times, which is really a bonus. It is very easy to clean--just whiz in water. This would make a great gift for anyone, even if they do not have an espresso maker! It is rechargeable--another bonus. It is small and easy to store when not in use. It is comfortable to hold and very easy to use. I am delighted with it and its design and function. I would recommend it without hesitation.

The media could not be loaded. A great frother for easily and efficiently mixing drinks. Included with the frother is the attachable stirring wand and USB-C charging cord. The device is straightforward; simply charge attach and attach the stirring wand. The device charges quickly and seems to have very good power; shouldn’t be an issue mixing drink powders or protein shakes.I should note that the device is compact, so taller more narrow vessels may be too deep for this product to mix effectively.All being said, this is a good product for a great price; especially for a rechargeable option, this is a smart buy. Happy with this product and would recommend.
