These electrolytes really help me before or after my runs. They are easy to use, single servings, and taste good. The taste is subtle and leans salty. That is the only thing I think could use improvement. But overall I’d recommend them.

Kinda Average
I've tried numerous hydration powders. Some like LMNT and Venture Pal are excellent. LMNT is expensive. I tried Jocko electrolytes as they are a bit cheaper. They tasted funny to me. Not like the terrible chemical taste some have, but more of a noticeably artificial taste. I'll be sticking with Venture Pal lime.
