12" Premium Polylined Heavyweight Record Inner Sleeves - Archival Quality, Heavyweight Paper & Plastic #12IA (25)

Not sure why but I have ordered these 3 different times and it seems Amazon just randomly chooses what company to send them from. All of them have been nice and are better than any paper sleeve. I prefer the poly liners to have that "cloudy" look. Sometimes the ones I have ordered have had that "cloudy" look with the very slick poly-liner. Other times the poly-liner looks more like saran wrap. Both are great but I prefer the cloudy looking ones and they have a better feel. It is just that when you order you are not really sure what you are getting. The first batch proudly stated made in USA and it was from Turn Table Lab. The second batch was ordered from the same vendor but were shipped from somewhere else and had a different feel and look to them. Bottom line, they are a pretty good deal and better for your vinyl than any paper liner. I have replaced all of my paper liners with these (and most, if not all new 180 gram vinyl releases will come with something like this anyway now, paper only liners seem to be a thing of the past). Getting back into vinyl has been fun.

Great product. They ARE fully lined with the anti static plastic. That is not the only step to ensuring your vinyls are without static. Proper cleaning methods are also necessary. The seam on the outside of the record makes sliding the record in as ot of the sleeve very easy. In an attempt to make the vinyl slide safely in and out of the sleeve, it was made slightly oversized. This results in a strange fit when inserting the vinyl into the cover. Other than this one flaw, the sleeves are great for the price. I'm really happy to get some of my newly acquired records out of their old rotten sleeves and into something that I can trust will protect them.

"Laminated" means that there is probable heat applied to the plastic film and the paper, to make them stick together. What this does is make it into one "thing", which is paper that is of a different sort of texture on one side, from ordinary paper. The idea is to not have a pulpy side against the record where it gives of particles of fine lint that gets into the grooves and ruin the playing experience by lessening the sound quality.The other nice thing is that it makes the record go in a bit easier, with less resistance to sliding, and the hole in the center to make the record label visible does not catch on the record edge when you try to insert it.

I like these inner sleeves although the paper part is not acid free. So they might fall apart sooner than if they were acid free. But they are remarkably easy to slide the record into probably because the interior is smooth. Although I'm not sure if the inside of the sleeves is paper or plastic. Looking at the description of the material I would assume the inner part is plastic.

I figured it out, and the cost of these comes to about 46 cents each. Is that worth it to protect my records? :DThese are just plain white poly-lined sleeves. They fit in all record jackets that I have. I've started to collect some records, and some of them are in great shape. Over time, the paper sleeves have gotten old and crinkly. When you remove records they can get scuffed a little each time. These will prevent that from happening. I'm very pleased, my only problem is that I only have 4 left! I will have to get more!Packaging is just a loose plastic wrap around them, not difficult to open.

These poly lined inner sleeves met my expectations and are helpful in protecting my vinyl records and will be an important asset in preserving my collection for many years.

These hold LP's nicely and add some extra padding for your 12" records. I replaced paper only sleeves and plastic only sleeves (it may be unnecessary to swap the plastic ones out) in my collection with these, unless of course there was some awesome artwork on the sleeve. If these inner sleeves had rounded edges they would be even better.

This is what I was expecting. They're good sleeves and the price was affordable. They arrived on time, too. I'm pleased.
