A truly excellent product that performs well and helps you achieve your fitness goals
I started CrossFit about ten months ago and one of my weak points are my knees. Due to age, some mild arthritis, and mostly living a sedentary life, my knees always bothered me while doing any workouts that put strain on them. So squats, lunges, box jumps, shuttle runs, sprints, running, etc. were doable, but I paid for them with knee pain and soreness. Doing just body-weight lunges up and down the length of the gym would sometimes cause one of my knees to swell up and hurt for a day or two.So after shambling around for a few months, I decided to buy some knee sleeves. I had seen others at my gym wearing Rehband knee sleeves, but I never really paid attention to them. I picked up a pair of cheaper knee sleeves and they were good. The amount of support they gave me was fine and I improved fairly well in my movement with them. But I still could not do the more demanding movements, like lunges. So I finally broke down and asked my coach to recommend a set and he told me to "just go with Rehband, the 5mm ones". He did warn me that they cost around $40 for each sleeve, but that they are worth it.I measured my leg and I fell in at 38 cm, which is right in the center for a LARGE set of sleeves. I got them in and wore them for about a week and they were fine, but not that much better than the cheaper ones I was using before.I contacted Rehband to get some advice, and they suggested I size down to MEDIUM and try that for a week. I did so, and this has been my first week using them and they have been amazing. Yes, they felt tight and a little restrictive the first time I wore them, but they quickly broke-in and now their fit is great. So this week we had heavy workouts with 50 wallballs, 40 slamballs, 6x6 deadlifts, 150 feet lunge walks, goblet squats, and American kettlebell swings and I tell you what, I was able to do all of them like a champ! For the first time, I did 50 wallballs with only one break in the set, increased the weight of my slamball to 30 lbs. from 20 lbs., PR'ed on my 6x6 deadlifts and split-jerks, and actually completed three rounds of 150 foot lunge walks. Before, after a workout, I'd go home and take a shower and then my knees would hurt when I tried to get up from our couch. I felt like a creaky old man when trying to stand back up. These past few days, my knees have not had any pain. After doing three rounds of 150 foot lunge walks yesterday, which is the first time I've ever done that volume of lunges ever, I was able to go back to the gym today and do a full workout without pain or soreness. These knee sleeves are amazing and they actually live up to the hype. They are worth every penny you spend on them, and I was so impressed with them, I was seriously thinking of ordering another pair for myself in case this company stops making these wonderful knee sleeves in the future. The sleeves are well made, fit tight and don't move during your workout, keep your knees warm, and they hold your entire knee area together so well with perfect support, that you don't have to worry about that area and you can focus on pushing yourself and completing the workout.Verdict: Highly Recommended

They are expensive, but worth it!
My knees don’t hurt anymore when I do dozens of bodyweight squats and lunges thanks to these sleeves! I came across this brand on a CrossFit forum — several people recommended them. They are definitely on the pricier side, but after trying multiple cheaper options that didn’t help, it was worth the investment. The size chart is pretty accurate, too. They were a bit tough to get on the first time, but much easier after that.

Works great for knees
Quality and function. I use this for helping support when squatting. Nothing too heavy, but is supportive enough.

Great knee sleeves for crossfit/metcons, probably not for powerlifting
I love these knee sleeves because they are just the right amount of support without being too thick that you can't move around. These are great for crossfit or other metcon type of workouts because you can wear them while squatting and keep them on for other movements as well. My knees are not as sore if I wear them while squatting and they are not too thick so I can still wear them while doing other things like running, jumping rope, toes to bar, etc. where thicker knee sleeves impede my movement sometimes. They do slip down a little bit if I wear them over leggings, but if they are flush against my skin (when I'm wear shorts) they stay up pretty well. But all the knee sleeves I've ever tried slip down a little bit, so it's not a big deal. After a few washes, I throw them in the washing machine and they come out good as new. These are a great deal!

Measure correctly
Definitely measure correctly, first one sent back it was too small. My wife loves it, she had knee surgery and the support is great:

5 MM knee sleeve
Just received these today. Tried on and they feel a bit thin. I want to try them at Xfit, but I’m Leary as I’m thinking about returning due to them being so thin. The information on Rehband say 1 year warranty, but I see folk complaining about that and being unable to return if the seams comes apart. After trying them on, the seams look stretched so I’m unsure if I should keep them as these are expensive. The other brand I had lasted 4 years using about 3x a week. The main complaint(seam tearing) is the issue in the reviews. It’s a 3 for now just trying then on, and will change later if I decide to keep and use them.

Game Changer!
I’m just starting a fitness journey and I have had a lot of knee problems in the past. My knees pop and crack. These knee sleeves help so much when I’m working out especially when doing squats. They are snug and keep my knees feeling stable while doing the exercises. I wear them under my leggings but I think you can wear them under or over your leggings. Very supportive and easy to use.
