Fantastic
Went to see Nickelback at Leeds arena and this group were the backing band, only managed to see a bit of them but what we heard they were amazing, we went to buy there cd but all their merchandise had sold out, bought this through amazon and have never stopped playing it since. This group is a real mixture of heavy rock mixed very cleverly with classical instruments, they are fantastic

great album
Bought this after being impressed after seeing them supporting Nickelback well worth buying. Love the album some great tracks and some amazing ones. Hope they come back to the UK so I can see them live again. Off to look up more of their albums. Don't be scared of by the Christian rock tag this is one album worth having and a tenner very well spent.

Rise
I knew nothing about rise and bought it on a whim, and the reviews. I found they are spot on its a really well worked album that has that instant wow factor. They sound or at least the male lead singer sounds like him from Linikin Park if not he does a fine impersonation. Great album which I am sure will be listened to a lot.

The return in a strong and mighty way...
Here we have the all new album from one of the best rock band in America right now. If you have never heard them, this is a great place to start, and if you are already a big fan I can tell you that you will not be disapointed at all.A good couple of years or more since their last great album, suddenly this new one appears. While the last album had some great moments, seemed more polished and strong to begin with but it did actually then contain a few weak songs. It was a shame really but here with this album, it seems the band might have noticed that and we have here a much more well crafted overall album, generally very strong all the way, from start to finish, which is sometimes a problem with Skillet. It starts with a great big anthem, then onto first new single 'Sick of it' which is huge and catchy. After that there are many more, good tight strong tunes, still slick and catchy but almost every tune this time-and there are lots-is a very good one.Very much worth hearing this album-if you are a believer or secular, agnostic or just looking for really great big huge catchy rocking songs this is one of the best albums of 2013.For fans of Green Day, Flyleaf, Metallica, RED, Evanescence, Foo Fighters, KING'S X, and just really great uplifting rock music.

Musically occupying the same space as Nickelback and Green Day ...
Musically occupying the same space as Nickelback and Green Day, Skillet are slick, melodic and energetic. What sets them apart is their roots in Christian rock (don't leave yet!). That translates into powerful, intense lyrics that are positive, uplifting and relevant. Listening to this album is so uplifting.

Great Album. Fast, slow, upbeat or heavy. This band can do it all. I know an album is great when I don't want to skip a single song on it.

Great CD definitely recommend!
I bought this cd a couple of weeks ago and I am extremely pleased with the purchase. Have been a skillet fan for a while and was ecstatic for this new release! Definitely recommend, to both long term skillet fans and people who have just found this band :)

Fantastic album
I happened to stumble on to Skillet because I found out they will be on stage before Nickelback in Copenhagen in November. So. I got the cd - and I just can't wait to see them live! If you like Nickelback - you'll love Skillet.
