I clean my panels once a week normally just rinsing them off with , but this product actually removes a lot of the water spots and almost makes them look shiny. I suggest spraying on then rubbing with a brush just a little bit and then rinsing off. The panels in the photo are not wet. It’s actually been a week since I’ve cleaned them. I will use this product from now on it does a good job.

Was surprised by how much this white calcium like deposit it removed from my panels.

Solar Sheen works well as a cleaner and it is very effective in removing dirt and debris from my solar panels, however it didn’t seem to offer long-term protection against the elements because just a few weeks later, my solar panels got dirty again, but that’s OK because this is more of a cleaning solution then a protectant. I just thought it had a little bit more long-term coverage as well. Overall, it is a solid cleaning liquid and if that’s what you’re looking for this is gonna do the trick. Not cheap but they give you a very concentrated solution so it will last and save money over the long run. I have learned it’s more about cleaning frequently to keep solar panels shiny all season long.

Made a cleaning solution per instructions. Used a telescoping pole and 18" window washing attachment purchased at Home Depot. Hosed off surface of solar panels. Dipped window washing cloth into washing solution. Wiped off solar panels, replenishing washing solution as required. Dirt was quickly removed. Rinsed off solar panels immediately after washing. Solar panels were clean and shinny even after drying. After a month the panels are clean and look much cleaner than the solar panels on nearby houses. Cannot document increase solar production after cleaning, maybe 10% but hard to document with kWh increased production due to cleaning Home Depot telescoping pole and window washing soft micro cloth attachment, good value, design, quality. Cleaning solution worked. $100 investment for every thing -hard to document payback period/ROI. Solar panels are definitely cleaner and the dirt is not returning to the surface after a month plus

This product has little effect on hard water deposits on the solar panels of the pathway lights from the sprinkler system. The product description seems to indicate that it would work, perhaps with multiple applications at full strength. Thus far, no luck.

Great to use in early morning to clean panels and don't turn white afterwards because of calcium or water deposits. I use a little than they say in instructions for 19 panels sunpower panels. Rinse first then use chemical Cleantite then rinse again and squeegee towel dry.
