A bit stiff but it works
With this order, everything went smooth. Part fits, works and arrived in time to be put in.

Works in a 99 yukon but doesn't shift lower than 3rd. Works well can still tow with it just can't do a burnout in a forced 1st

Shifter Assembly
A little bit of a challenge replacing the unit. One of the machine screws is beyond the frontside of dash and presents a bit of the challenge to remove and retorque. My fourth replacement within the last eleven years…hopefully the last! Once installed it does shift to specs and with ease.

Working so far
I added some white lithum grease to the moving parts. So far so good. Not sure how the factory one broke, but this was much cheaper and holding so far. I'm shifting very gently. Chevy's design seems to place it at a mechanical disadvantage where I could see it breaking again. Just going to be as gentle as possible and should last forever.
