Not bias binding
If you want bias binding, don’t buy this, it’s herring bone weave tape. Having said that, the tape seems decent quality, and will be useful for bag handles, apron straps and bunting tape, and it’s a good pillar box red. Also included was a tape measure-they are always handy.

Superb quality bias
This is a herringbone type bias tape that is really strong and vibrantly coloured. I use it in my dressmaking and also in small bags and purses and it works extremely well. It's quite strong and rugged.Excellent quality and you get 50m in length so excellent value to.
