Great Customer Service!
The light worked very well for a couple of years, then stopped working. I contacted Sansi and Lucy took great care of me, honoring the warranty with absolutely no issues and shipping me a new unit within days. Such fantastic customer service is very hard to find! Highly recommended! Thanks again, Lucy!

Works well, expect to use alternate hardware
The unit works well. I guessed at settings for the dials and put it in auto mode. After dusk it detects motion as expected in auto mode, and turns off as expected. Brightness is just right - I first found the unit with 4 LEDs on each side (4+4), this one has 2 (2+2). I figured 8 LEDs would have blinded my neighbor and wanted to avoid that. The 2+2 is just right, with plenty of light for the side path and not at all like "the sports field next door".Installation was different story - expect to go to the spare hardware pot. I don't know if they just said "throw in parts into the package" or actually gave consideration to mounting it only one way, precisely. Either way it didn't work for me, I had to drill it, find other bolts and a crimp connector, and some wire nuts.I installed where I suspect many will, on a stucco wall. Not many buildings are built perfectly - the box is 3" and set about 3/4" behind the face of the stucco.a) The cross bar is for a 4" box only, too long to sit behind the stucco surface on a 3" box. To allow the 3" box spacing I had to drill a hole and use a large washer to provide for the keyhole at one end.b) The bolts are about 3/8" long, ie just right for the bar across the box, so I discarded those.c) The single long bolt sits deep in a recessed hole, and has to be inserted first to pierce and align the waterproof seal but then can't be reached without juggling screwdriver and parts to find the hole in the crossbar, blind.d) The ground screw - should it go in front of the cross bar or behind? In front - tight clearance, behind, well it;'s just harder to get to. Will it actually grip the bare stranded ground wire? I crimped on a spade connector.e) The wire nuts were big enough for a 10 gauge wire. No hope of gripping on my house wiring. Replaced. And lastly, putting it all together - attach the crimp, screw to the bar, attach bar to box, make sure wires (at the bottom of the fitting) go through the waterproof seal together and into the box the right side of the crossbar, all the while dangling the nice new unit by it's wires on the stucco.Am I exaggerating - not really. It's really not well thought out - well, it's really not thought out. But most people with a box of bits will get it working. Not sure the overly thin seal will hold up when it rains though. Thankfully it's under an overhang. It's still a good unit - if you can mount it!

Perfect light, can be soffit mounted with two easy modifications.
Ordered two of the bronze colored three LED per side units to replace the old Halogen fixtures on our home. The fixtures are high quality and come with everything needed for installation(wire nuts, screws and bracket, weather seals and understandable instructions). They have a nice finish and really updated the outside of the house.I mounted these in a recessed J-Box on our vinyl soffit which took a couple of easy modifications as these are set up from the factory for wall mounting (Removed circuit board screws which I was then able to flip up and out of the way, these are under the top cover which can be removed with a small flat tip screw driver. Once inside the housing I then loosened two jam nuts for the LEDs with pliers and rotated the LEDs over the plastic stop which prevents them from turning any further, then retighted. I then removed the motion sensor screw and flipped sensor over then reinstalled screw.) These easy changes allowed the fixture to be mounted upside down with no permanent modifications and no issues. The light output is very bright and lights up our backyard very well, light is cast over a large area and I can see the trees which are nearly 300ft away. I don’t recommend looking directly into the LEDs as you won’t be able to see very well for a short period of time. The color is a bright white with maybe a very slight hint of blue, I think 4500k-5000k is about accurate.I chose the three light per side fixture and it is bright... possibly too much if you have neighbors very close. I could have maybe gone with the 8 LED (4 per side) unit on the back of our home and got away with it, but it would be too much on the front even though our neighbor on that side is a good distance away. The motion sensor has a very wide range on it and I was able to trigger the light from about 25 feet away on the medium setting. I ended up turning the sensor setting to low as some moths seemed to trigger the motion sensor and the light was not shutting off at the time I had set. I will have to play with the sensor some more, but I am very happy with the range and fact that it will pick up motion if anyone gets near our deck or walks near the light which covers an entrance to our home.I can’t comment on longivity, but so far I am very happy with these lights and I am not one to win over easily. The quality is excellent, came with everything needed for installation and the light output and color is very good. It even has a daylight sensor so the light will not trigger during the day and can be manually overridden with a simple flip of the light switch. If you are looking for a quality light fixture that won’t break the bank then I really believe you can’t go wrong with these units from SANSI.

Know many cuss words?
As noted in many of the other reviews, the mounting bracket is NOT going to fit without modifications in 99% of all applications. Ummmmm, Asian sizing? Whatever. Having a working knowledge of cuss words in several languages will be helpful. If you want to unbolt the old light and bolt up the new one? Pack a lunch. The 'bulb' portion of this light is not 'sealed' like traditional lights. This may or may not be a problem but looks like a good place for spiderwebs to collect. Otherwise, seems to be a good light at a fraction of the price of many. Time will tell how well it works/lasts.

Meet expectations
I am happy with my decision of giving this Sensi 27W a try after compared different brands, included visiting those of in store products. It has up to date design, easy wiring at existing octangular or round junction box, and meet my expectations for brightness, as well as motion activated control. Going forward, let's see how reliable it is. Regretfully, the price increased by $16 right after my purchasing.
