Zero problems and solid.
Good value, zero leaks, and works as it should. Build quality is terrific for the price. I've been using it weekly for the past six months.

Works fine, but O ring broke quickly.
The O ring inside the female quick connect broke after less than 4 hours of total usage. Had to order a replacement. Other than that, it works fine.

Customer service is great!
Leaks everywhere!Update: I contacted their customer service and sent me a replacement. That alone to me is very important especially when looking for a solution. Customer service did not take weeks to reply or to help out. For that I give them 5 stars.

Works great but dangerous.
I love being able to swap guns without shutting off the pressure washer. I’d highly suggest adding a 2 foot chunk of hose after the valve, especially if you’re running a big boy pressure washer. When opening and closing the valve, there’s a moment (when the ball valve is just cracked open) when extremely high pressure water blasts out of the valve and could easily lead to a hydraulic injection injury, (not something you wanna look at pictures of) which are incredibly life threatening. Add a chunk of hose after this valve so that you have a buffer zone between you and the highest pressure water directly after the valve. I’m running a 5000psi pressure washer which will easily slice an arm or hand open if you get too close. The other option is to put this valve on the pressure washer side of the hose vs the wand side. I wanted it on the wand side so I’m not constantly walking back and forth.
