Great Training Aid
Easy to assemble. Seems durable. I use it for cane fighting practice and so far it's standing up to the various strikes from my hardwood canes. Stable even without a heavy sand fill in the base. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Seems to stand good when punching average shots but knock out punches it will go over .I think for a work out bag I'm happy with it used gel hardner for support . still like my hanging bag better but will be ok for other types of workouts would recommend thank you

Fun for kids
Perfect in the basement for my 6 & 9 year olds to use.

Sent with a defective flange plate.
Today I finally got a chance to open the package, hoping to set up the free-standing boxing bag, only to be disappointed with a flange plate with no center hole. The pics on the instructions show a center hole. Now I am going to have to try to contact the seller and see if the proper product part can be sent to me.

Great start bag for kids!
As stated by the seller, the package was shipped in two parts - bag in one shipment and the base with mounting gear separately. The base box is what is tracked by Amazon. I received the base but it was missing crucial pieces, such as the mounting plate and spring block. I contacted the seller and received a same-day response regarding the missing pieces. After providing the seller with a picture of the items received, the seller sent a new base box bundled with all the pieces. This was a fairly easy process and I appreciate the very quick response times of the seller. The bag that was shipped in a separate box was delivered to the wrong address in a completely different neighborhood. I fault the delivery driver, not the seller, since the address label on the box was correct. Luckily the owner was very kind enough to bring it to my home.The bag itself is perfect for my children (8 and 10) to learn boxing. I don't think I could recommend it for adults due to the size. It is a fairly skinny bag, possibly more tailored to mixed martial arts or kick boxing, but my children have made full use of it for straight boxing during their training. After a month, and it is still holding up fine with training 3-4 days a week.
