Painless Facial hair remover
So Glad I purchased it..I was skeptical initially as I had purchased an epilator earlier for removing my facial hair which was painful and bruised my skin...Did not expect this Hair remover to be so painless, not even a tingling sensation.....Very easy to use and clean....

Worked for me!
Worked for me! I have extremely sensitive skin and am allergic to hair removal creams and waxing, but I hated the fast-growing fuzz and random hairs on my face, so I was very excited to try this shaver for facial hair. I am amazed at how soft the skin on my face feels. It removed every single tiny little hair above my lips as well as the fuzz on my cheeks and chin! No bumps, no irritation, no ingrown hairs; just no more facial hair! I really didn't think it would completely rid me of all fuzz and hair, but it did! So happy I went ahead and bought this.

Sputter, sputter...dead.
I bought this in April 2018. It's dead now. It was just ok while it lasted, not a lot of power, so I had to go over the same areas more than once. I don't think I would purchase this again as it did not last long, nor did it perform all that well. The light on the head is rather a novelty to me. It sputtered and choked, then nothing. I have another hair remover, different maker, that I've owned for years. It's still going strong, it's just very LOUD, I mean earplug loud. But this hair remover was hopefully going to replace the old one. Glad I didn't throw out the old one.

Works well!
This works well for that "peach fuzz" so common on pale caucasian facial skin! I don't really have any thick, stiff facial hair, so I cannot say how it would work for that. I've given it four stars rather than five because I think it's a real pain to clean the fuzz out of the head.

Great product! Great for on the go!
So far it is awesome!! I have used it for a couple days now and have found nothing but good results. Was so sick of shaving and stubble. Self conscious to begin with but to add the cuts and red rashes from shaving was too much. This product is gentle, does not cut, no rash, no pulling, leaves my skin smooth. It has a light on it also making it so much easier to see the hairs that are difficult to see. Small enough to fit in your purse and looks like a lipstick container (a little bigger than one). Great for on the go, or business trips.

Suddenly stopped working. No customer service
Purchased April 2018. Used 2-3x/month (20x total?). Loved it. Suddenly stopped working November 2018. Batteries not issue. Has 1 year limited warranty. I had saved box & instruction/warranty paper. Reached out to their customer service TWICE to see how I could get a replacement/repair. No response. Now here I sit, too late to return. Would have been a 5 star review.

Shaver not remover
This needs to be renamed hair "shaver".I knew what I was getting but have to correct the false description. It works as expected and good in a pinch if you cannot afford or have time to get waxed, threaded or lasered.

Very useful. Take the stubborn hair out you have to know what angle to rotate it and don't press it too hard on the skin it could pinch it.
