ZALMAN Z3 Plus ATX/M-ATX Tower Computer Case - Black

I love it. its very spacious but not empty-looking. I find its very good value for money, comes with 4 fans, the front one being blue LED. And the fans are really quiet. Its all really sturdy feeling and secure. At first I thought that the window was going to be too small but I find it is really well placed so i can see all the important pieces inside. I found that some cases have the problem of a light on the front being too bring but the only light on the outside of this one is the power button and the soft glow of the front fan. All in all its a good case and worth the price.

Recently built a budget, but quality pc for my brother using this caseI have an Antec 300, which I recently tried to upgrade to a Thermaltake Armor Revo which cost £120.After endless quality problems with the Thermal take it went back and everything went back in my Antec.It is high praise to say that I would rather have this Zalman case than either my Antec or the TTGood quality build, painted inside also, fairly light and small case (but not flimsy), but my ATX build went in like a dreamIts pretty much toolless, the 3 x 5.25" and (3 or 4?) 3.5" bays included ... it has 4 fans, 1 front, 1 back and 2 top. Front is a lovely blue LED lit, and all but the back have mobo connections. There is a fan controller for 2 fans, with a simple hi/low switch. I attached the 2 top fans to the controllerIt has a front/top USB 3.0 connection and the relevant mobo connection, which is quite rare at the momentAll the front buttons and connections are on top, so your USB cables etc wont get in the way of any dvd drive drawer. All buttons feel solid and well madeMaybe the cable management is not perfect, but I had no problems at all with space and making the internals look tidy by routing cables behind the mobo. Although the CPU power cable was not long enough to go behind, but maybe this is a power supply issue rather than the case (Corsair 430w builder series - one of the few components i was a bit disappointed with, but that is probably down to my bad research rather than the product itself)Hard drives are mounted so that access to their sockets is gained by removing the non-window side, (ie 90 degrees right of the old standard, where their sockets would be facing the mobo and get in the way of graphics cards etc) this also helps cable management. There is also an internal slot for a 2.5" SSD/HDD etc, and an external slot for a 2.5" floppy or card reader etcClips included with the case attach to the side of Hard drives, which then simply slot in and out of the case toollesslyThere is good space between the 5.25" and 3.5" bays for a massive graphics card to fit in betweenThe power supply is mounted at the bottom, with the fan pointing down, guarded by a removable air filter, and held off the ground by 4 rubber feet.The only negative for me, and I take on board what others say about space and cable management, was that the metal backplates that you remove when adding a PCI/PCIe card etc, are not re-usable - you snap them out and then cannot use them again. Fine if you are careful which ones you remove or have spare plates to hand.For me, and i dont buy alot of cases, but this was amazing value for money, and can be found cheaper.The Z3 plus, i believe is the same as the cheaper Z3, only it has a side window and a bracket for holding up heavy graphics cards or mounting an additional fanThere is space at the front for an additional fan, but I cannot comment in the slightest about this cases suitability for water cooling. The front fan sits behind the main front bezel of the case, which comes off easily once you have done it once (good tug from the bottom), which is fully air filter lined and has nice removable covers for the 5.25" baysPlenty of screws, cable ties etc ... cant remember if the mobo speaker came with the case or the mobo sorryI love companies that provide quality at value for money and don't hesitate to give this case 5 starsI will be buying Zalman from now on

It is a nice sleek looking case with plenty of space, however with this amount of space, the bracket on the inside designed to support the video card is so large and bulges into the case that there is either no space for the video card or even itself. The wiring slot that go behind the motherboard are what id say a medium class design, they allow freedom and cleanliness from the wires but could do with more. Other than that iv had an easy time figuring out where what goes and how it fits in, it is a good case for a simple mid-high end rig, and recommend it to any beginners, the dvd drive slots are perfect, i found it hard to connect power cables to sdd and hdd but eventually found a way, this can happen to you but will depend on what psu you have. The screw fittings for the motherboard are not stable however this can be fixed by screwing them in as tight as possible and then pushing down hard while actually screwing in the screws.Overall this case is an okay build pc but designed for simplicity and cleanliness, it is good for beginners and those who are knowledgable of PCs. I have gone over the negatives but do not be put off, it is amazing for the price it comes at

It's a nice budget case. It fits a Hyper Evo 212 cooler in it perfectly. If you wanna know if your componenets fit; here is my rig: i5-4690k Intel Processor Hyper Evo 212 Cooler R9 290 Turbo Duo Powercolor 8GB Ram DVD Drive (rewriteable) Hardrive EVGA Supernova 850W Power Supply UnitOne bad thing about this case is the grills at the front are hard to take off and get dusty after time.

Reçu plus tôt, cette tour possède 4 ventilateur, dont 1 à l'arrière , 2 au dessus et 1 à l'avant, ils ne font pas de bruit, la tour a à l'avant 2 jack, 2 USB 2.0 et 1 USB 3.0 , l'intérieur est assez grand j'ai pu y caler une GTX 1060 Founders Edition, j'ai vu qu'on pouvait y mettre des cartes de plus de 30cm , enfin le boitier est grand et on peut facilement ranger les cables .

Hallo Interessierte,ich kaufte das Gehäuse da mein alter Big Tower nicht mehr zeitgemäß war, er wurde schnell geliefert und war recht günstig.Zubehör:- Schrauben in mehreren Größen und Varianten, auch Schrauben mit sehr langen Kopf, für schlecht erreichbare Stellen.- Festplatten Klemmschienen- Einen Piepser der direkt auf dem Board gesteckt werden kann- 4 vorinstallierte Lüfter von Zalman- Ein paar KabelbinderIch habe folgende Komponenten verbaut:- ATX Asrock Board- 2 SSD Platten ( 1 mit Einbauschienen )- Be Quit Straight Power Netzteil , ModularIch baute alles aus dem alten Gehäuse aus, reinigte alle Teile und verbaute diese im neuen Zalman Gehäuse.Ich verschaffte mir am Anfang eine Übersicht der Kabel und verlegte diese direkt vor, so das es mehr Ordnung gab.( Wichtig: Das 12 Volt CPU Kabel welches an der oberen Ende der CPU auf dem Mainboard eingesteckt wird, sollte man vor einsetzen des Mainboard schon mal verlegen, da es nur möglich ist wenn das Mainboard noch nicht in der Endposition ist. )Danach alle Schrauben für das Mainboard inklusive Papp-Ring eingeschraubt und das Mainboard Hauptkabel angeschlossen und verlegt.Es folgte die Grafikkarte, Bleche am Anschlussende der Grafikkarte rausnehmen ( vorher einmal ranhalten, damit man weiß welche genau ),Die Grafikkarte anschließen und das Kabel sauber verlegen, ich habe das USB 3.0 Frontanschlusskabel hier an der Grafikkarte vorbei gelegt, so fällt es kaum auf. Daraufhin setze ich 2 SSD Platten ein und schloss diese mit den Sata Anschlüssen an und der Stromversorgung, ein weiteres Kabel der Stromversorgung habe ich so gelegt, das ein Anschluss über der Festplatte frei blieb um die Lüfter noch mit Strom zu versorgen, die vorher dorthin verlegt hab, hinten rum. Ich habe alle verlegten Kabel an der Vorderseite und Hinterseite sauber mit Kabelbinder festgezogen und habe damit erreicht das so wenig Kabel wie möglich vorne herumschwirrt.Mein Urteil: Es ist ein günstiges Gehäuse, welches sich aber nicht verstecken muss, es ist qualitativ ok und es klappert nichts, es passt alles zusammen und gewährt eine gute Belüftung. Es sieht schick aus und die verbauten Lüfter sind sehr ruhig.Ich gebe eine klare Empfehlung für diese Preiskategorie-

Si tratta di un prodotto esteticamente piacevole e grintoso, ben progettato con uno spazio ben ripartito. Qualche cura in più poteva essere rivolta ai dettagli: un foro spannato vicino all'alloggiamento della scheda video, e le piastrine di blocco delle unità cd/dvd che si sganciano, ma che sostanzialmente non servono, visto che preferisco le viti per fissare meglio queste unità al case. Le ventole sono silenziose, almeno per il momento. Il case è leggero ma robusto nella sua struttura.Nel complesso un prodotto ottimo in rapporto al prezzo pagato, circa 68 euro.

Despues de 2 meses buscando este modelo, lo encontré en Amazon y a un buen precio.LLegó en dos días y la caja es todo lo que esperaba: espaciosa sin ser aparatosa, diseño discreto y a la vez atípico. Facilidad de montaje(tanto por la estructura como por los tornillos y accesorios incluidos,y las unidades sin tornillos) de los componentes, materiales de buena calidad y unos cuantos ventiladores incluidos. Aunque incluye 4, estos ventiladores son de gama muy básica y un poco ruidosos si están todos activados. En mi caso, he aprovechado sólo el del frontal (el único con led azul) para cambiarlo a la parte trasera, con un sólo ventilador que saque el aire me es suficiente con mi configuración, y le da un toque distinto.

On peut mettre une cm atx mais celle-ci prenant toute la place, c'est un véritable casse tête pour loger tout le reste, surtout au niveau cablage. La conception de cette tour est un peu ancienne, ceci expliquant celà. Par contre, la qualité Zalman est là, bien finie, très peu bruyante avec ses 4 ventilateurs et donc un bon refroidissement. En conclusion, cette tour convient mieux à du micro atx.
