Note that these cables are USB2 only, and will function fine as USB2 data cables as well as their intended (and compliant) battery charging spec duty; the *product description* is correct. However, they use the blue plastic inside the type-A connector that used to mean USB3 (at least until cables like this started appearing), as well as inside the type-C, and this does NOT show up in the photos. This is more severe than a simple product colour variation because that blue is supposed to mean something, which means the product imagery is misleading instead.Make sure you don't get them mixed up if you have them in your cable collection; if you want to tell them apart from USB3-carrying type-A to type-C cables in your collection now, you'll have to add a tag to them or organise them well; otherwise, you'll have to ignore the connector coding and look down the end of the type-A connector to see it only has the 4 pins for USB2 down the line.
