Good whilst working, can't replace batteries for ear lights
Daughter loved them until they stopped lighting up. Unfortunately you can't replace batteries. Seller offered 50% refund, Amazon helped with return. 3 star overall, would easily be 5 star if you could replace batteries. Seller did advise this was for safety reasons but unfortunate well big purchasing point wasshe had light up ears on them.

Excellent product and follow up customer service
After doing LOTS of my own research and my own comparrisons i bought these November 2024 for Christmas 2024 for my six year old who LOVES them. So comfy and correct noise so not to cause hearing issues ect. I get migranes so we have turned the flashy lights off which was simple to do. Recently slight fault nothing too serious. Bearing in mind I bought these six months ago and they get used every day I was not going to say anything but I sent a polite message directly to seller and I got an immediate response and resolution. Brilliant product and excellent customer service I will certainly buy from this company again. Thank you

Was uns gefällt: Sehr süßes Design, kommt bei Kindern super an Angenehm zu tragen, auch über längere Zeit Sichere Lautstärke – kein Risiko für kleine Ohren LED-Lichter lassen sich ein- und ausschalten Funktioniert problemlos mit iPad, Tablet & Co. Kleinigkeit: Die Kabelverbindung könnte für sehr aktive Kinder etwas stabiler sein – aber bei normalem Gebrauch kein Problem Fazit: Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sicheres Hörerlebnis und ein echter Hingucker.
