Cold and flexible
Really good, especially if your fridge has an ice machine. Keeps cold for ages and easy to empty and refill. Used for headaches and aches on joints. Highly recommended. Tip add some cold water in bag to allow more flexibility and less pressure if on head instead of cubes of ice

Joint pain, hot or cold compress, filled with hot water from tap, or cold water from tap with a couple of ice cubes chucked in, more water or less water to make it floppy to mold around your limb, Honestly dont bother with a heat wrap you put in a microwave, get this... Absolutely fantastic. Even use it to pre heat your bed.

Wow!!! Overjoyed with the Effectiveness of this product. Having had a hip replacement operation this week I needed something that wouldn’t leak and keep cold for hours giving me some pain relief. and this did the job 100% it’s a great price and very durable and absolutely no leakage. This is a very good product.
I inserted ice cubes into the pack, being the first time used, it initially reacted to the coldness if the ice, and there was droplets outside, however, that was it acclimatising to its first use, it was fine the second, third times. I found it very useful, the various sizes are practical too.I put one on my ankle, leg, and arm.Thank you.
