After replacing other gaming mice after just months, the M690 PRO holds up to the test of time. This is used at least 8 hours a day and still as functional as the first day. Super comfortable to hold, and lasts for longest session without worrying about battery.

Update at the bottom. I definitely love RedDragon products. I own more than just this mouse. When it first came in and I saw the matte finish, I knew I would run into this situation but I wanted to be skeptical. I had a white matte finish mouse a while back and had the same situation. I've had this mouse since March so not even 2 months, and the color is already fading away. I have two. One is for work and the other one is for gaming. The first picture is the matte finish one and the other one is a glossy finish and I've had that longer and it's in perfect condition. This mouse just throws off my whole aesthetic. It is very reliable though as far as speed and accuracy for sure just like my other mouse. Very fast. Just not sure why they have to make this one matte. Update: Mike from this company's support team has been reaching out and sent a new mouse. He's been on top of it. I certainly appreciate good customer service. Thank you.

Pros: 1. Mouse is comfortable for a palm grip 2. Mouse has more buttons and features than others in same price range (logitech mice at least) Cons: 1. Mouse software doesnt work. I installed the correct software based on my mouse model, but after running the software-nothing happens. Red Dragon logo shows in system tray, but software cannot be opened. Looked up this issue and found multiple others reporting the same issue. Without the software you cannot map buttons to your own, set dpi, or set rgb. 2. Mouse will not charge with a usbc to usbc cable. It will charge with a usb-a to usb-c (which it comes with). This means a slower charging time, especially compared to if you could use rechargeable alkaline batteries 3. The default sleep modes on the mouse are sleep after 1 minute and deep sleep after 8 minutes; this is not a good setup for a mouse branded for gaming. The mouse will experience delays when sleep occurs, which will be less likely if actively gaming, but happens more often with reading while using the pc 4. The dpi buttons adjust dpi in larger than useful increments (which coupled with unworking software renders you having to use a slower or faster dpi than you would like 5. The "triple shot" thumb button is too far forward to be reached without extending The hassle of a return for a mouse that at least functions as good as an equally priced normal logitech mouse (not for gaming) means I wont be returning it, but I will not be buying more Red Dragon in the future.

Recht präzise Maus mit super RGB Beleuchtung. Liegt gut in der Hand, das Design ist von Logitech kopiert. Materialien sind gut, evtl nicht ganz so hochwertig wie beim Original (das kostet aber das Dreifache!). Der Akku hält auch mit Beleuchtung echt lange. Mindestens eine Woche bei täglich etwa 8 Stunden Benutzung.

It feels very good in hand and is quite decent size

This was a perfect mouse for me. I loved the ergonomic design and the white with rgb. Even the software was fine and the customization of everything is great. But after using it for about 6 months the sensor seems to be giving up. Its glitchy and not smooth anymore. Sometimes while playing fps games the cursor just launches upwards for some reason. So it’s pretty unstable now. I’ve never spilled anything on it and it has never fell on the floor. Its probably low quality sensor so if you’re looking for something long term sadly this one wont be it for you. Other than that its a great mouse for a short period.

Segundo ratón de Red Dragon que devuelvo. La batería se descarga en un par de horas y pierde la señal de 2.4 cada poco. Me ha pasado lo mismo con los dos y en diferentes dispositivos.
