Ok so I had this part originally but after dropping the blender this part broke! So I ordered this as a replacement it is exactly the same as the original but not broken.

Broke on first use
It was the correct item, but on the very first use it broke.Waiting for a label to return it for a refund, hope they send a prepaid return label. I wont reorder.

original product quality
when the old one broke, we were thinking of buying a new blender set. Glad we bought this instead : works perfectly again, for £10 cost.

A little frustrated by this item as I double checked ...
A little frustrated by this item as I double checked the description & the answered questions which clearly state that "this part is for the smaller bowl which has a 10cm diameter" but the lid I have received is for the large jug attachment which has a 13cm diameter. Had no choice but to return item & no option was given during the returns process to receive a replacement. Unsure whether I will reorder as I don't wish to receive the wrong item a second time & do not wish to purchase a complete chopper unit as only the lid is broken. Someone obviously needs to check to check that the stock has been labelled correctly to ensure this does not happen in the future. Such a shame as I would have given it five stars had it been the size specified.
